My best friend and I ordered a half rack spareribs, I caught the word sweet and the rest I didn't hear anymore because a distraction ???? so when I get it it was a little bit spicy (for my stomach ????????) but delicious. Thanks for the service Alyssa (2 dutch friends)
Been well over a year since we last had a decent experience at this Applebee's. However this was changed today with the help of our server Marissa H. From the time we entered to the time we left she was pleasant, attentive and actually made us feel as though she was concerned with us have a nice meal. She was very thorough in explaining the specials, making sure that we were aware of all the deals and limited time only options that were available. She made sure that once our orders were placed, that they arrived quickly and verified that everything was right before she left our table. Our drinks were kept full, our table was kept clean and we had everything we needed, from extra ranch to napkins. Will definitely be asking for her every time that we eat there!
This location in West Memphis Arkansas needs to be updated. The restaurant is clearly old and not appealing at all. Add new lighting, replace the old torn seats (booths), repaint or replace the old tables, and it needs a REAL cleaning. The employees need to be retrained in proper/respectful customer service. I noticed a young man and a young lady vaping inside the restaurant. The atmosphere was not pleasing at all. I definitely will not be returning there. Sorry Applebee's.
It took forever to get our food. They were out of beer and not just one kind and it was hot in the restaurant. It wasn't busy and it was a Wednesday night. Our waitress was awesome and none of that was her fault.
Well this Applebee's wasn't as popular as the ones I been in. This location was not busy at all throughout the 6 days I was in town. They lacked alot of the drink items (alcohol) that was on the menu. The service wasn't the best, but she did remember our big order (party of 5). The place can use a decent heavy clean. Bathroom needs a deep clean.
Floors were dirty, tables worn and sticky. The employees were very nice and accommodating. The restaurant was out of lettuce, so the salad I ordered was not available. I had a burger instead. This place needs a deep clean and some renovations.
Food was good. What made it great was our waitress. I forget her name, but she's pregnant with twins. She was so nice! My super shy daughter even felt comfortable enough to talk to her. We need more people and waitresses like her.
Staff was friendly, drinks were right on the money, and food was delicious. We went at what must have been their slow period and it was great. We didn’t have a long wait time nor did it take long to get our food.
