One thing I like about Applebee's is that no matter where I am in the country, I can count on the bourbon street chicken and shrimp, satisfying my apatite as well as my palette. Today, I was caught off guard with exceptional service. Nina could have easily let me continue ordering the same old boring drinks that always ordered and collect a bigger tip. Instead, she informed me of the specials and turned me onto new drinks I never would've tried otherwise, and it saved me money!!! I only stopped here for a quick drink after work, on my way to the hotel. Now I find myself full of delicious food with another meal to heat up for lunch tomorrow at work (my whole crew will be jealous when they smell this lol) and plans to stop by next week.
My daughter & I decided on Applebee's for lunch yesterday. 1st red flag...we were waiting to be seated & asked "can I help you with something?" ...A seat possibly. 2nd red flag, we walked past several empty clean booths but were taken to a visibly dirty one. Actually there were at least 3 visibly dirty. She asked if we could wait while she cleaned one off. So we just stood in the aisle...waiting.
Ordered drinks no problem. When they arrived, no napkins did. We ordered our appetizers as well as our entree. Plus dessert. I asked for a brownie bite w/an extra scoop of ice cream. I was charged $3.99 for ice cream in addition to the brownie bite. In the past, I've paid 50 cents for an extra scoop. According to our server Jess that is not so at the Rehoboth location. Seriously, an extra scoop costs more than the dessert itself?! We both ordered shrimp and broccoli alfredo...no issue with either of them. Major issues were our nacho appetizer brought to us on a dirty plate. Which the manager took off our ticket, however yuck. And believe it or not, I had to ask...yes ask for napkins.And it was a different server who brought them. Also had to ask for silverware. Literally brought the drinks, appetizer and meals....no napkins, no silverware. Not a good experience at all. Also note, we were less than impressed with the service provided by Jess.
My girlfriend and I stopped here yesterday for lunch the food was good the service was great Paul our waiter did a really great job he was always making sure everything was good if we needed anything he was on point we got the lime fiesta chicken it was hot fresh n good we also got the honey bbq wings and brownie bites with vanilla ice cream definitely will be going back
Amazing Service Amazing people, our bartender Amanda 10/10 for sure always made sure I was fine and how she spoke to other guest was very professional. I got to meet two managers Mari and Amy and they were the sweetest!, great conversation. Definitely coming back.
My girlfriend love Applebee's so much, she wants to get married here. I've been trying to schedule a wedding event here after she convinced me to eat here. The food is so good. She wants everyone to get nachos and chicken sandwiches, but I like the ribs and mozzarella sticks. I will be getting an Applebee's tattoo
It was a nice quite evening, the food came out fresh and hot, and my server/bartender was friendly, respectful, and amazing.
I love applebees so much, I want to get married here. If they did events I would book my wedding for here tomorrow. Everyone would get neighborhood nachos and the sweet and spicy chicken sandwich. and everyone would be so full of joy and so full of good food.
This location is a good Applebees location it is quiet. The food is more fresh than other locations, the staff is very nice like usual, And the after 9 appetizer deal is a great deal nothing wrong with this location. So because of that it will get a 5 star rating.
