My waitress and she is also my bartender every time I’m in there was amazing and helpful. Her name is Candace and she is amazing. So helpful and makes the experience amazing. She really knows how to make an experience amazing. I love her personality and her amazing smile and even when busy she never lets the pressure get to her.
The burger and Tea was nice however the fries were to cold . Probably because the order sat 10 to 12 minutes waiting for them to locate our order. We ordered curbside from past experience the bar area is extremely loud and sometimes out of control. This location should should drop their Curbside. We sat for 5 minutes in our car and decided to go inside. Waited 10 minutes Inside.. not a great experience
The food was OK, pretty much what I expected from Applebee's. We ordered a blondie for dessert and we're convinced that it was just pancake mix cooked in a square pan. However, other than the hour and a bit it took to receive our food (including the dessert), the worst part of this experience was a German Cockroach we found crawling on our table. If not for the roach, it wouldn't have been that awful of an experience.
They were not to busy. Was taken to my table. I waited for about 10 minutes unil the waitress took order. It was 30 minutes before I got my water. Got my meal. Got the 3 cheese pasta with chicken. The tomatoes were ice box cold and one of the cheeses was ice box cold. The more I tried to eat it the sicker I got. So I asked my waitress for a to go box. She waited on others and never came back. I had to ask another waitress for a box. She was nice and I received my box and left.
I travel a lot and due to getting to hotels late I have to pick places like Applebee's to eat because of how late they are open. This location seems to have some problem with the kitchen. The food just never tastes like it should. The service is always so great but this is my second time stopping at this location and both times were disappointments.
This experience was terrible. I will never return to this location. Our server was super slow it was like he didn’t care about anything. He took forever to bring the food and check. He did not check on us at all. The table and floor was nasty. I ordered my child the pizza kids meal and it looked like it was dropped and put back on the plate, a picture is attached. I do not recommend at all.
I see a lot of complaints about this place but I wanted to drop a note here that we received excellent service and the food was delicious. Short staffing probably affects this place like every place, so as long as you're friendly and patient, they will be too. Thanks!
My partner and I came in for a quick lunch. Shanika runs that place during the day. She’s super friendly and makes you feel at home. The food came out promptly, was fresh and served hot. Everything was great.
