It was okay, took about an hour for our food to get here even though it wasn't very busy, and personally felt like fries were either too salty or too bland and not really enough, the tenders were pretty good tho, good crisp and not wet, overall okay but needs some improvements. (Some pictures of the mozzarella sticks and the tenders I gobbled up lol)

Ive been to some restaurants over the year’s traveling , but this tops it all. Service was so bad. We sat for 30 min and then we finally ordered appetizers it took another 30 to get to the table including our drinks, and this place is not even busy. I can count how many people are here on one hand. Then 20 min for the the server to ask what we were having. If I could give this place a minus -5 I would.
It’s sad and disappointing that this can happen. They really need to pull their heads out.
Visited the Applebee's in North Platte Nebraska for the second time in 1 month. Again, we were on the our way home from a quick trip to Estes Park Colorado and we're hungry for a good meal. As we expect from Applebee's, this restaurant delivered. We had the two for $25 meal option and both of us had the classic bacon cheeseburger for our entree, proceeded by onion rings for our appetizer. The burgers were excellent, the onion rings were also very very good. Good job Applebee's!

Excellent meal at the Applebee's in North Platte, Nebraska. My wife had the Fiesta Lime Chicken, and I had a Cheeseburger. We also had an order of onion rings. Both meals were cooked to perfection, just as we have come to expect from Applebee's. We were on the way home from a week vacation in Colorado, were hungry for a good meal, and we got it! Our meal was at about 3:00 p.m., both of us used the restroom facilities, and I can report that they were pretty clean even at this late hour. Good job Applebee's!
I stop here twice a year on my way through North Platte, I usually sit at the bar where the service is exceptional (the bartender with fancy nails and long lashes is great...always working hard and witty ), but tonight I got directed to sit at a high table. That was regrettable, the food was good and came out timely....but a refreshed beer was dang near impossible to get! She was busy, but such poor, marginal and not friendly service is not ok. I'll be back through in 6 months but will sit at the bar!
The hostess was completely busting her butt and bussing tables and restocking the restrooms while only two servers were working. It wasn’t busy. All of a sudden there were many people at the door. The poor hostess didn’t know what to do. She needed help. I saw two different managers emerge from the back at some point during our visit (once to tell the very busy hostess to stock restrooms) but they never stayed out very long. While she was knee-deep in shit, neither manager ever came out to help seat. Neither server ever helped seat. Neither bartender helped seat. We watched at least 10 people leave. Management needs major improvement. Poor teamwork too.
I'm always skeptical when eating here. Our appetizer came out at the same time as our entrées. Although the food tasted okay, it was lukewarm by the time we ate our appetizer. The server asked us how everything tasted before we even had a chance to eat it. My Oriental Chicken salad was 75% carrots and hardly any dressing. (I asked for more and was charged extra). The atmosphere was all over the place with the music. Everything from loud heavy metal to Sponge Bob. If it wasn't for the gift card we used, we wouldn't have opted for this restaurant.
My 80+ year old neighbor went to Applebee's with her husband and nephew tonight. She brought me the left overs because she didn't like it. Warning. This is gross. I took one bite and almost threw up. I turned the steak over. And the texture looked so weird. I pulled the steak open. To me it looks like when I worked at restaurants and the meat went rancid. Yet here no one cared. 15 min pause. And yes I just got done throwing up.. Someone could have died from eating this.this is beyond just a mistake. I'm just glad neither one of us got more than one bite down
