I was not happy with our meals from Applebee's which was disappointing because it's usually a once in a while thing when we eat here. Today wasn't that good at all. The mashed potatoes were cold and there was a very small portion of old fries with the ribs. I ordered vinegarate dressing and was given ranch dressing. Overall at least my streak was cooked just right and the employees were very nice so I still gave a good tip.
The service was impeccable! My server was so kind, and attentive. Atmosphere was perfect for my families dinner night out. Will definitely be going back to this location!
A friend and my stopped in for dinner. They were not very busy. They sat us in the bar, though. I feel like they may have been short staffed as they sat everyone in that section, having the bar tender also wait tables. Service was extremely slow. This was from the waitress/bartender and the kitchen.
The staff are nice and trying, but wow this place is in rough shape. I've been watching what I assume is the manager, running around as a waitress. Said manager has also been visiting multiple tables apologizing for the wait and other issues I only heard snippets about. No one is getting their food on time. The entree is taking forever to come out... The food may never come out, still waiting for it so I decided to write this review since I'm bored and hungry. The chips for our app were from the bottom of a bag, salt encrusted crumbs. And the spinach dip was mid at best... maybe from a can? Say a prayer I actually get my burger at some point, I can only assume there is one very stressed cook in the kitchen or my dish is sitting under a heat lamp somewhere still in the freezer yet to be assembled. Como dissapoints yet again.
Friendly staff but food taste sweet and bland. Our servers were very friendly and helped us in each of the requirements. The drinks were amazing and the offerings were good. The entre was not good in taste and food was generally bland. They need to make the food different in taste as nothing they can serve should be sweet.
The food was cold & not very tasty. The waitress was great. They have gone downhill since the last visit. The two for $20 doesn't offer a desert anymore. They made us sit in the bar area since they were short-handed. There was no music playing, just showing sports. Will not be back for a while.
Half-priced appetizers are a great deal. However, the quality of the onion rings and mozzarella sticks was like reheated frozen food. The onion rings were definitely too oily. Surprisingly, the wonton taco tasted like a unique Asian fusion dish. Lastly, the waiter was nice and made sure I was satisfied.
I got a to-go order: the fiesta chicken wrap. It was pretty good. Instead of fries, I got a side salad. At checkout, I did check the box that says “yes: silverware” and they forgot the silverware. When I went to pick it up, the host at the front was very friendly! He, with a smile and very punctual, pointed me in the direction on where to go. Once I got there, the young lady gave me the vibe like I was inconveniencing her.
