My family and friends came in late on 11/23 after a long concert. We ordered and got food and drinks quickly. Food was great. Unfortunately we had a situation where a woman (who wasn’t dining) was in the women’s restroom and said things to my daughter that were inappropriate and made her feel uncomfortable. After I was informed luckily a manager was sitting a table away from us. I made him aware of the situation and he acted swiftly and accordingly. He handled the situation extremely effectively and had her leave the premises. We left with no further problems. I want to personally thank that manager and all of his staff who assisted. It takes a real manager to step up the way he did.
Jo was a very amazing waitress. Her vibes was amazing. Very helpful with decision making on menu. The food was great and the customer service put a cherry on too of the cake. Thank you so much for the great experience and I will be back to visit Jo soon. Let’s Go Jo
This Applebees is a solid 4 outta 5 stars! The food was good. Came out hot & tasty... When you go to a chain restaurant you almost always know what you're going to get. This location is really no different. The look & feel to the restaurant is basically the same wherever you go! It really comes down to the server & the food. This particular time our server was going through the motions & did the bare minimum to get their job done. I truly don't think they enjoyed their job. However, I did give a 4 star because usually our server is spot on! So, overall, you know what to expect when you go to Applebees... let's just hope you get a server who has a good personality & enjoys thier job.... That will make your dining experience much better. Overall, 4 outta 5 because usually the service is good!

This was an “all you can eat plate” this is supposed to be ribs but as you can see it’s not. Not only was this food not prepared well in any way shape or form but our waitress ruined our meal. After sitting us she asks us what we wanted to drink. She returned with one drink and then did not acknowledge us for basically the entire meal. We sent back the shrimp of the all you can eat because it didn’t taste good at all, then didn’t eat the ribs. She brought us one plate of ribs and then another without asking us if we liked the first plate which we didn't consume any of it. Then she placed to-go boxes on the table in the middle of our meal, we didn’t ask for to-go boxes and it felt like she was trying to rush us out. We still never got our original drinks, we ended up letting her know and she was like “oh wow”. As if she wasn’t responsible for bringing us our drinks? She never took the time to ask us how we were liking things, she didn’t hardly serve us- and overall the experience was not the best. I love Applebees and I will absolutely be back, I’m just not sure I’ll be visiting this location.
Typical Applebee's commercial restaurant. Fast fast service. However, the portion of wings I got was HALF of the guy next to me. His plate was a full plate. We ordered the same thing. I'm not sure why. Same thing. That was a kitchen mistake. However. Food and drinks were great. I was full. Ordered dessert as well.
