Best WLM Reviews
Typical food, probably comes in frozen and the ingredients as we all know, suck. But it was good in a pinch when we were starving after Christmas shopping. Wish they had a better craft beer selection on tap. Server was nice. The food was a good price for the bottomless soup and salad. It was Friday for us, so no meat. Soup and salad was a good choice. The French onion was a little soggy, but again it probably all comes in frozen.
The food we ordered was outstanding not a problem at all. It looked picture good. Love the four cheese, mac and cheese . Alex was our server, he was phenomenal! Really attentive! The one thing that really bothered me was having to over hear another waitress say, when is that large group going to get out of her section. Which I was confused because Alex took care of us and the large group. I was hoping I wasn't in her section. She seamed really odd about people sitting in a restaurant. I felt uncomfortable hearing that from the girl waitress. She was tall thin red blond hair. I don't want free food or anything like that. Just maybe addressed to her.
Awesome meal yesterday, 9/3/24 at 3 p.m. I ordered an awesome cheeseburger and Raspberry iced tea while my spouse ordered all you can eat soup, salad, and bread. She was very pleased. On top of that, we received 10% off for our military service. Our server was very nice too, so we'll definitely be back! Thanks!!
The steak was so overcooked and over seasoned , the shrimp was very over seasoned and rubbery!
Very slow service with relentless mistakes !!!
The manager and staff were very lazy and had zero motivation. So pathetic and disappointing!
Zero stars , not recommended at all !
I will never go back there . What a shameful display of how little people care about customer service.
The staff was kind and courteous, the food was good and came out in a timely manner and the restaurant is clean and family friendly
Everything was amazing! Rami did great and the general manager Aj stopped by and talked for a while too! Food looked and tasted fabulous you can tell the cooks cared about how the food looked and tasted!
Food is always fantastic, service was a bit slow but they are noticeably short staffed. The manager, AJ, was incredible though. He picked up whatever slack our waitress left, which was helpful!
Just had my worst experience at any restaurant ever here at Applebees. Our server took 15 minutes to wait on us, then took another 40 minutes to bring our drinks, which arrived after most of our food. Our wings came out 10 minutes after the rest of our food and all of it was flavorless and cold. When we paid, our waitress messed up our bills and sent another server to tell us, who told us we should “figure it out ourselves since it was just a couple dollars difference”
