Good place to eat. The service was good. In the effort to get your food to you fast it lacks a little love. It was good but could be better with a little love.
We came after a concert around 11 p.m. and it was absolutely perfect. The service was excellent, the food was timely, hot, and good. I was a little apprehensive because they close at 12 a.m., but they were extremely efficient and we were in and out in 25 minutes, with no feeling of being rushed. Great late night spot!
I love the atmosphere and the attitude of the workers they are so sweet and make everyone feel welcomed I definitely will be coming back. Also the food is so delicious and cooked to my liking also very fair prices. Thank y’all for making my experience enjoyable.
I ordered the fajita chicken wrap, which I’ve ordered lots of times & it was awful. Everything tasted processed, it was mushy, even the wrap was mushy. The onions tasted frozen processed. It literally made me sick. I could not even eat it. My husband ate the oriental chicken salad & it was good. I ate some of his. My waitress kept addressing me as mama. I am not easily offended & can’t really say it offended me, but it made me feel uncomfortable. She was middle age & I’m not even a mother , & certainly not hers.
Food is ok, not top tier but considering the price the company has upped thier game. The ladies at the bar were very friendly and made sure my Togo order was correct. They were very industrious, reloading the bar and staying the kitchen about my order.
Went there my last time last night. Sat at the bar as I always did. Pam and Tonya waited on me. Both were more concerned about beer sales and mixed drinks than waiting on other customers. Food came out, fries were cold and nit one time did either of the two servers ask was everything ok. They handed me 2 menus snd I erdered a $9.99 hamburger. The ticket then said $10.99. I was told that was on a lunch menu. I was there at 6:30 pm. Then Pam popped off saying, I DONT CARE IF YOU EVER COME BACK!!! I always tipped very good. Applebee's is not the only restaurant around brandon. I'll take my business somewhere else that appreciates their customers. I see now why the parking lot is over half empty
Celebrated my sister-in-law’s birthday! Food was awesome and a great atmosphere. Of course, the Sizzlin’ Butter Pecan Blondie was delicious! The Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp, Cheeseburger, and Fiesta Lime Chicken did not disappoint. Our service was excellent from the start, but declined as it progressed. The waitress dropped the ball when it was time for our tickets. We ended up spending an hour longer than we anticipated. She took forever to get us our tickets and when she got them they were not separated. Apparently when she went to separate them she got lost —leading to hours.
Nice restaurant, staff was friendly and professional. Food was on a par with the other Applebees I have been to. Consistency being one of the reasons we frequent this establishment. Restrooms were clean and available. Parking was busy but not a problem even during their busy periods.
