They sent me a completely burned sandwich. They do this for door dash orders. They serve you the food they can't get away with serving in the restaurant. I had to throw it out. Door dash compensated $5. Avoid this trash
Ordered doordash from you for the first.time... and the last. Skinny tenders, and the price of mac and cheese vs the amount? Despicable. Enjoy my money. That's the last u will get of it. Geesh... oh, yeah... no utensils, no napkins and only one lousy dipping sauce.
So disappointing. The pic shows a $14 tender and a $4.59 mac &cheese. Walmart deli is $6.00 for this, and tastes way better. Avoid this place.
We enjoyed our time here. We had the cheese burger lunch and the quesadilla burger. Both of them were amazing. Our server Tracy was very friendly and nice. We also had the bar manager Casey come to our table to see if everything was okay. She also was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area.
Stopped in for dinner. Our server was Don. Was one of the best experiences I've had. Food was great and service was awesome. Don was fun and was very attentive to us, as well as all of his tables. If you come here ask for Don's section.
We love it here, it's clean The food is amazing as are the servers. reasonable prices to fit my families budget so we can go out together have fun and enjoy good food and service. I recommend this place to everyone. Please tip your servers they deserve it.
Unless you plan to sit at the bar and flirt with Mikayla don’t expect to get served or even be able to order a drink. Got seated and waited 20 minutes while she babied everyone else including 3 people that came in after us. The place was empty also so not like she was slammed.. she just couldn’t put her phone down or stop flirting long enough to see us sitting there. We are locals and eat here at least 2/3 times a week and always tip a minimum of 20%..so we know they normally have good service just not from her ????????♂️
Then had to ask for a box to go 3 times before she finally stopped talking long enough to bring it out.
Our visit to this Applebee's restored my faith in the chain. Quick service. All the food was REALLY good. We were traveling and checked reviews for other restaurants and took our chance since we haven't been to an Applebee's in years. We chose wisely.
The employee who took our takeout order was exceptionally nice and helpful. Our food was ready super quick. The steak and ribs were delicious and so tender. Their cheese sticks were awesome and served with tasty marinara sauce. My only issues are that I ordered a loaded baked potato and it only came with butter and sour cream(thought it was going to be served with cheese or chives), the broccoli had a few pieces with brown spots on them, and the coleslaw tasted bland and old. We absolutely loved the meats but their sides need some work and I feel like if they would've spent a little more time preparing our food then maybe the sides would've turned out better. I've only been to this location the one time so maybe they were just having a bad night.
