Not sure if it sometjing to do with the franchises in NH or what, but once again we had a bad experience. This time it was mostly the food. The quesadilla burger was just a large regular burger with cheese and bacon in a flour tortilla that was very over toasted. No lettuce or pico de gallo to be seen. And the mac and cheese was not made using macaroni but regular ziti style.
I was so hungry on the way home and wanted to try this place. The food was really amazing
After we got seated and waited for 40 minutes, watching other people seated after us get service. I went to the many and explained our experience so far asking the manager to send a waiters to take our order. The manager apologized and said he would send someone over. After another 10 minutes. I tracked down one of the waitresses. She did not know what was going on. The manager never relayed any message to the staff. The waitress finally send someone to take our order.
I can understand a miss communication but after notifying the manager and them being completely incompetent, it was frustrating.
I’ve never had an issue with this location until I went today. Ordered a pick up order online. The door near the parking for online orders Has a sign that says to use the front door, So I did. then I had to wait five minutes for the hostess cause she was nowhere to be seen. She then Gave me attitude because I did not use the door that had the sign on it (that’s kinda misleading) She then said my order was not there. after I showed her my phone she went back again and came out with my order in less than a couple seconds. With no receipt. Gave me attitude again and asked if I had paid for it in a very rude tone. As far as I’m aware, on the app you have to pay for your order before it can be placed. I believe this is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in a restaurant. I don’t know if I will be doing another pick up inside order from here again. Especially if Im met with that amount of disrespect and attitude again.
Pick up generally good. But always a major screw up! Caesar salad tonight is 3 leaves romaine, plastic container of dressing and fewer than a dozen croutons.
3.5 ????. Limited # of places to get food later in the evening. Applebee's was open. It was busy. There was only 1 staff person working the floor, she was seating customers, taking orders, bussing tables. There was 1 bartender. Thus service was slow, but the server was pleasant and had a smile, she needed help.
Food was fine. What u expect.
The only thing good about Applebee's is the food. The service is horrible.
The wait time ridiculous. I'd say go somewhere else!
The fact that the host, a young male said to me, just you? And I said yes. Then he said oh let me take the two men behind you first! Say what? This is 2022! Talk about discrimination! What was that about?
Ah there's so much wrong with this property. I think they should close it.
They don't have coasters so they're using napkins but I didn't even get a napkin!
They claim they only had one cook.
The service alone from the time I got there to the time I left for a soup, a salad and a glass of wine was over an hour.
There were 25 people only 5 at the bar in the entire restaurant! It was not busy that's 3:00 in the afternoon!
Bartender complains that there was only two servers! Anybody in the industry knows that with 25 people two servers is plenty!
The soup was fine it wasn't too hot but it was fine. The salad was ample however I wasn't even given any bread! A couple next to me got their bread on the salad plate but I had to wait another 5 minutes for my bread to be ready! Just think it was weird.
I never got asked whether I wanted to have any dessert and I love dessert! No one ever asked me if I wanted a second glass of wine!
This is why I single women going out to eat get a bad rap because we expect everything that is just minimal and when we don't even get the minimal the tip reflects it! And then you blame it on this is a single woman not on failing to provide the basics!
Plus I didn't have the fish tacos apparently they took it off the menu they also didn't have the ???? Appetizers.
The bartender was very attentive and doing work loads.. running around and multitasking and very well at what she does coming from an experienced restaurant owner you can see these kinds of efforts. Staff going the extra mile to keep guests happy.
