Took my Granddaughter for her first steak dinner! It was very good. Got seated right away on a Saturday evening. Food served quickly, great server as well
First off the service providers were very nice. Sad that they had to service the most disgusting food I have ever tried! I had a pick up for a sick friend. We got riblets they had a bad taste undone and tougher than leather. So I took it back and ordered fish and fries. I got them back to her home not done greasy and the french fries were so seasoned it would had made you sick if you ate them. I took them back. They gave me a paper for forty dollars back on paper with restrictions. Really? I am giving it to my grandsons to get burgers are desserts. If they even wanna go there. I personally will probably never go back. Such poor quality of food. The manager was very nice. I would not want to be a server
and have to service that food. I am sure they have a lot of returns. So disappointing
It was all good in the neighborhood UNTI…no thanks! I’ll take my check. My husband and I were sitting at the bar and saw the bartender digging in the garbage. When we told the manager she said, “It’s only receipts.” We paid for our drinks and we’re comped the cold mozzarella sticks.
Applebees is one of those places we enjoy... the food is always good and reasonably priced...
Kaylee was our server this evening and did a great job... everyone was pleasant and it was a nice experience...
You wake up, drenched in a cold nightmare sweat. You are in Washington Applebee's, and that's where you belong .
This is not your average, everyday Applebee's. This is eating GOOD in what we would call a microcosm of pure NEIGHBORHOOD. No matter HOW many timelines I jump across, this Applebee's is still the exact same. I also love sitting at the bar and shooting spitballs.
Had lunch with my parents here. The place was bright and vibrant. Our waitress, Kacie, was very professional and friendly. I like the new menu with calorie information for each item. My burger, the whiskey bacon burger, was very tasty. It was large, so I couldn't finish my fries. The fries were slightly less hot than I prefer, but they were not cold. My parents seemed to enjoy their pick 2 meals and onion rings side. I was hoping to get the sangria for $5 deal, but my parents were paying and I didn't want to just add it on. Maybe next time. I enjoyed my experience and look forward to going again in the future.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Marissa was our server and was rude from the beginning acted as if she hated her job. As an industry worker I understand we all have our days but don’t take it out on your customers!!!
I decided to order lunch for myself & was very disappointed. Ordered 4 cheese Mac n cheese w/ honey pepper sauce, was barely any sauce. But the one that takes the cake was the breadsticks! They were so hard & greasy it was disgusting. Will probably not return to this location.
