Pracilla a, hmm hate to do but, service was that of a drive thru, ordered the 9.99 special, the burger didn't come as advertised ot order, but the burger as it was, was good, was not asked once how everything was, drink was only asked 2 times at beginning of meal ,and at the end. pin not left, guess she already knew what she was getting
Very nice spot for an Applebee's. We had a great steak. Wifey just wanted nachos. Our friend had steak shrimp.
All very good.
We were seated immediately. Waitress was accommodating. My drink had some black floaters, which was taking care of immediately. Our spinach dip was cold as well as our French fries. We had to send them back. Quiet atmosphere. Appeared clean. Second experience. Will return.
The Waitress and the bartender were punctual. The waitress was on point with everything from refills cleaning the table and a sense of humor. There are not many servers these days that go above and beyond for the customers. And she did wonderful. The bartender made our drinks perfectly the tatsted good and were given to us in a timely manner. I highly recommend this restaurant, albecause of the Staff. The service and food were on point.
Dirty, sticky, waited 15 mins for server to even come by, and only to say, "sorry about your wait, I'll be back in a minute". 6 mins later she comes back. Every time we asked for anything it was 10 mins before she returned. Multiple things incorrect on the order, but didn't want to wait to have it changed. Got the fiesta line chicken and half of it tasted terrible! Burgers were way over done. Very disappointing, this is like the 4th time in a row service and experience was aweful. We had been told it got better in the last couple months- no. It was not worth it at all! Every surface and floor was sticky and gross!
Service was good but food was very poor. My mother had a riblet platter and it ras very tough, strangely shaped and had an odd texture. She's been coming here for over twenty years and used to love them but now it's not even recognizable as decent quality beef. Garlic mashed potatoes, also another long time favorite, also bland. My chicken strip salad was difficult to eat because the chicken strips were mostly thick breading that was extremely hard/crunchy with very little actual meat
Overall a total waste of a trip.
Luckily, they were open. Late dinner needs. Not alot of wait staff. The door greeter was also our waitress and seemed to be the only one that we saw there. She was hustling and luckly not too many people. Salads were great and filling. I didn't care much for the mango lemonade.
We arrived a little after 10pm. Restaurant Closes at 11pm. Heard the waiter tell other customers the kitchen closes at 10:45pm.
There were a few customers when we arrived. None by the time we left.
Waiter was attentive and pleasant.
We quickly ordered. Double Cheeseburger with fries, Beer and a Bacon Cheeseburger with fries and a Dr. Pepper.
Food was great, just as ordered.
We were there nearing to closing so didn't expect a lively atmosphere.
Would recommend.
