I made an order through the app quiche was super easy to do since I coulsnt dine in at the moment. I picked up the order from the restaurant and to my surprise I didn't even have to call or get out of the car. Which was a first for me. The two ladies that brought the food were super nice and it beat the time I was supposed to receive it. I will definitely be coming here again. I recommend it to everyone. Also try the new burger deal it's amazing!!
I placed a to-go order from Applebee’s on September 11th, spending $54. Despite my hesitation due to previous poor food quality experiences, I was reassured that I wouldn’t encounter any issues this time. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
I ordered a medium-rare steak, but it arrived extremely rare. The shrimp on top was cold and tasted like it had been cooked on a previous day. To make the meal special, I also ordered two pecan blondies with ice cream for my wife and me. However, the ice cream was missing from both desserts.
I called to express my dissatisfaction, and the manager suggested I drive back across town to get the ice cream. Considering the distance, my food would have been even colder by the time I got back. After expressing my frustration, the manager offered to refund the ice cream. Still not satisfied, I mentioned I would contact corporate, at which point she assured me that the entire order would be refunded and apologized.
Today, on September 13th, I received an update from my debit card company stating that instead of a refund, I was charged even more. This is beyond unacceptable. I am extremely irritated and expect this issue to be resolved immediately, or I will take my complaint to social media.
Better than the one in University area. I think they tried. I actually was looking for Chilis ????️ but my eyes told my stomach a lie. 3 stars is the best since I fell asleep 3 times waiting.
By far the best Applebee’s I have ever been to. Amazing service consistently good food, great management. I might add that this is also the best restaurant in our area
The best servers we have ever had at any restaurant, if you are lucky enough to get Alicia, Alyssa, or Gina you will be in great hands. Also the manager Bobbie Jean is the best.
I can’t say enough good things about this place, it’s like family at this point.
My family and I had dinner at this location yesterday evening and it was the best experience I have ever had at an Applebee's. Keith, what can I say about having such an Amazing waiter. Keith took care of his section like the pro that he is. He is phenomenal. We didn't have to wait for his return, he was extremely engaging and very kind. He smiled and laughed with us, while being Very Professional. He Really is the epitome of Excellent customer service. When you have training classes he should be a Leader and he deserves a raise. I have had terrible experiences at other Applebee's locations ????...... attitude and very poor customer service. But yesterday it was a delight. I will return as long as Keith is still working at this location. At this point this is the Only location I will visit. Keep up the great work ethic Keith.
Always a solid burger. Everything outside of burgers is a mixed bag.
The service never disappoints. I forgot my waiters name today or I'd drop his names tall guy with a red clown nose in his pocket. I wanna say Gary or Greg? Anyways he was definitely what every waiter should be.

The "all you can eat" section was given to us fresh and considering the short staff, arived in a timely manner. Me and my buddies enjoyed our experience here and will come again in a heartbeat ????. I highly recommend the crispy shrimp ???? ????. And a big shout out to not only one server but 2 that helped us when needed. Can't remember the names at the moment, but thank you.
I do not recommend the all you can eat special (wings, shrimp, riblets). 2 of our party of 5 ordered these.
Portions are small and take at least 10 minutes for any reorders. The manager was not helpful and almost defensive- obviously everyone was complaining at other tables- although she did offer to reduce the bill (which we did NOT accept - we paid for the bill as we ordered it, but expressed concerns of our waiting for reorders, only to received 4 shrimp on the plate. Boneless wing reorders came with 4 very dry wings (of which he didn't eat so he could show the manager. She said they were sitting under the heat lamp too long and she would remake them in 5 minutes (ok... so why did the reorders consistently take 10- 12 minutes before? ) The riblets were mostly flat bones with no meat - hard to eat. Really felt sorry for the wait staff because obviously Management directs them to handle the al-l you- can- eat reorders this way. Food looks nothing like the menu shows either.. Bad for business. We had not been to Applebee's in a while....We will not be going back anytime soon. ????
