Stopped in about a quarter till 10 at night after driving 11 hrs just wanted a quick simple and tasty meal unfortunately this wasn’t it how hard is it to serve warm fries and a non burnt club sandwich with more then a half slice of each meat highly disappointed with this outing and feel like I wasted money on this meal did the customer survey in house but no manager ever made themselves known to me in the restaurant good thing I had food in the truck bc I left hungry
Absolutely wonderful. Waitress that answered and brought out our curbside was fantastic and the food was cool to perfection. You all did great, keep it up :)
I absolutely love this Applebees location. Every time I visit this restaurant I have a wonderful time. I dine here quite frequently and have never been disappointed in the food or services provided. It gets better with every visit. I definitely recommend this location! The staff are very lovely, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere is amazing and I will definitely be back. I've been here more times than i can count.???????? Keep up the great work guys.
If I could give 0 stars I would . We waited 5 mins to be greeted, sat at our table for 20 mins with no server ever coming over. For the crap food they serve, you’d think they would want the business. Will not return!

I went to Applebee's for many years up here in Strongsville on 82 and my mom's going through a lot, so I took my friend up there that loves Applebee's now and it's always been a great experience. I was up there with my friend because my mom's going through a lot and I'm trying to find out what I need to do with her because my dad passed away and there's a lot going on, I spoke to a gentleman his name was Richard he was the New manager from another place and I thought he was doing a great job that's what I told him anyway, so we're having a few beers I had a couple of shots I think it was three tall glasses maybe four and two shot glasses still sober, so an old man for many years here I've been there for 5 plus I respect him for coming out there by himself struggling with his life still coming up to the bar and always drinking water I do not have a clue that the lady that was sitting next to me and my friend got offended because he made comments about the workers, what does that have to do with me I have my own problems well later on that evening she decided to make a comment and why I was cut off so I called the manager to come over and he tried to tell me there was a drinking rule unless you eat I'm like I don't think thats the case I think it's about the lady that was upset because some 80 year old guy that I respected is still living and still doing things for himself. I felt like I was just disrespected pretty hard I've been there for over 5 years and I was only there with my buddy to talk about my goals and what I can do to save my mom. It's difficult when family members don't want to get involved and I'm the only sibling that's left that is trying to save his mother. Shame on the lady that was sitting next to me my friend that took offense at the end of the night because the old man is sitting there with a glass of water at a bar and that he made comments about the workers that are not doing a great job, what the hell does that have to do with me I was just hanging out with my friend and I'm going through some hard times trying to save my mom's soul I am so done with fakes and phonies and I actually thought for so many years that The people at Applebee's were my friends and family. I love the city of Strongsville but Applebee's on 82 are nothing but a bunch of fakes and phonies and I'm sorry that the lady that was sitting next to me and my buddy got upset because the old man pissed you off because he made comments about the workers when you had no clue why I was there with my buddy. Richard the new manager you failed and I would never come back. Peace
