Best WLM Reviews
Went in today to grab lunch after taking my kids to the movies. My server Leticia was amazing. Very attentive to me and my kids. The food was also prepared well. I was pleased with this particular visit today.
Don't come here unless you want to get served by rude servers and want your food to take hours to come. We asked for two extra lemonades and they took 10 minutes for the server to bring one out and slap the glass against the table with a serious face. When we told her we asked for two not one she said "I only have one" and walked away. They also dont clean up the appetizer dishes so you have to eat with trash on the table, they take really long to bring out the food and the service is terrible. They also kept bringing out the wrong orders. I just don't understand why sign up for a job that you know you're bad at. We were so nice at first too I don't understand why we deserved this treatment.
My server never caying the check on us and it took forever for our food to come out. One plate was have cold half hot. The other plate was straight dirty with residue left on. I will never go to this one again.
I was in the mood for something sweet so I stopped in and asked my favorite car side girl Rose what she recommends. She said a triple chocolate meltdown and I must say… It’s my new favorite 10/10… Rose always hooks me up! ????????
Order take out because all the reviews about dinning in wasn't the best. My sandwich was good and fresh the fries OK up town drink was good also and the Host that took my order had great customer service. I go back to try their lunch special
Food was good but not hot and the pasta was dry. The chicken broccoli Alfredo pasta didn’t have enough sauce and the waitress never return with the breadsticks with our meals. But the atmosphere was good and variety on tv. It’s really the neighborhood spot!
Good place to break for lunch or dinner while shopping at the Mills outlet mall. Food is good and service is friendly. They have a big space to accommodate many diners.
, service started out great and we’re heavy tippers..guy with the braids..took him until we were done with our food, sitting on our phones THEN he cleaned up grabbed our appetizers..then managed to refill our drinks..why did we have to wait until we basically got the bill for the table to be somewhat cleared?
Then the cherry on top is hearing him say we gave him no money..why would we tip you for a terrible service??..
