the food was good.
I guess we came during shift change. I would avoid the 3-4pm time period.
the greeter was totally distracted from his job. not exactly helpful seating myself and my father-in-law how was using a walker.
we also had 2 waitresses which to me is ridiculous, just FISNISH YOUR TABLE OR DONT TAKE IT. they were polite though and we had good service from both.
Just picked this up from here. The package never slipped in the car so it was given to me this way sour cream destroying everything. Wet soggy mess completely un eatable. They also were 10 minutes late on soup, I guess cause I ordered separately but ordered online so doesn’t change when they said ready vs when it was, just a bowl of soup. There almost 20 minutes away I’m not wasting my time and money going back to bad they used to be really good.
This was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. Steven was one of the best servers I could have asked for. He was so nice fast and charming. My only complaint was that he left with my Girlfriend and I haven’t seen her since. Just goes to show how great the service was.
My waiter Steve Miller had a positive smile and laugh all night, which got me through my long night spent at Applebee’s. He had great energy and was very on top of everything, never had to wait for a refill once, because it was already on my table. He had incredible ginger hair too, definitely a leprechaun, but didn’t matter in this case! This young man is special with great service skills and gonna make many pleased with his serving performance.
Kayla was the best server we’ve had so far and we will be back because of her and others like her. Very attentive and respectful, I have a disabled son and she treated him so well, he was smiling and laughing up a storm. Wonderful hooman, the food was also very good
Angelee was my server. She was absolutely phenomenal!!! Never waited for drink refills, brought my meal out very quickly. She was very kind. The food was alo phenomenal!!! This applebees is always amazing. Highly recommend. I got the appetizer platter as dinner and ordered loaded mash potatoes and a Cesar salad also. For dessert a brownie bite its perfect little brownie with a scoop of ice cream and chocolate syrup the brownie is warmed up it has nuts in too. so good. Another awesome dish here is the 3 cheese chicken penne! They have excellent deals on alcohol drinks. There's also a bar and sports on the tvs. They have flavored lemonade, smoothies, non alcohol drinks as well. Beer wine and Pepsi products!!
I had the buffalo wings & pretzels. They were excellent. Steven my server was kind, fast & full of personality. I would definitely recommend this to friends my age because the food is good & affordable, & the bar in the middle offers a good atmosphere.
I had Steven as my server the other night. His charm was what made the whole experience. He greeted us with a great smile and friendly wave. He made sure to check on us after we had gotten our food and overall made our evening a treat. I would certainly recommend to go to Applebees and ask for Steven!
