It was alright. Had got some bottom of the barrel chips. Had to ask for more. Too much meat in the little bit of queso they give me, had to scoop some meat out. My drink was ok. If it had salt around the rim, that would have been great. I love the pretzels, but the cheese isn't all that great. The waitress was cool.
Love their Southwest Bowl, I just 86 the chicken to be vegetarian. But I do feel like this location needs a little TLC. The booths are very worn, nothing a little remodeling couldn’t help though! The staff is very friendly but need a little more knowledge about the menu.
This place was the worst applebees I’ve been too. I am out here for vacation and decided Applebees would be a great place to go eat. We decided to come eat here considering in our hometown the food is normally fast and fresh. The food took an hour to come out, they completely forgot our appetizer and wasn’t given to us until we got our to go boxes for our food which is crazy to say. They also gave me the wrong sandwich I had ordered as well as the wrong drink. I decided to just keep the sandwich because I was not about to wait another hour for my sandwich to come out. They need more staff and they need to take notes on orders because they are getting it wrong. I am not one to complain but I will if it is needed. The worst part of my experience is that it wasn’t even busy. If you like a long wait and a messed up order this is your place.
It was Horrible...we waited an Hour No Food...and it wasn't Bissy....We Never Ate..they Comp our Drinks...We Walked Out!! Updated review: 8/28/22 We went in tonight and our 1st server was Chris and the side we sat on was really hot the Air is out at Applebee's right now (been out since march) so my husband and I moved over to another spot by the window near the parking lot towards the outdoor tables and our server was Heaven???? who was Amazing our food and drinks were good other than that really great service A change from 4 years ago???? Ps... Their Chicken tacos are the bomb????Update 10-28-24 This place really needs some help with food and a up grade. We ordered online my husband got the Bourbon Street Steak with Shrimp it was horrible and looked like a hockey puck.. Also if your trying to put in to win Super Bowl tickets don't waist your time the thing won't take you receipt. Just so disappointed in this place.
Terrible terrible dealing with this restaurant!!! All food was absolutely disgusting.. Ordered two dinners for curbside to be ready at 6:45 pm was told it was ready they were bringing out, never got brought out to us had to go in and get it no problem did not get food until 7:25 pm… Get home the food is cold, old, burnt, and not made to order.. I did survey and manager reached out and said they would send gift card for me to redo my dinner as it was birthday dinner. Okay cool appreciate it for sure.. Get the “card” in mail for it to be a $30 letter for dine in eating. My order was over $45 and not only that it was also delivered pick up… How does this replace my whole meal??? And why am I required to dine in for replacement meal??? It’s not cool and definitely will be reaching out further to corporate as this is unacceptable.. To be told it would be made right all to look Like a fool when opening the mail from manager…They need some new management as well as cooks that actually cook food made to order one and two clean the grills each night!!!!! All around y’all need some new workers as none of them seem to care about customers there at all.
Worst experience since covid! Waitress asked us to repeat our order 3 different times! Boneless wings came after 20 minutes of waiting with no saucers. My soup never came. No water/coffee refills. After almost 2 hours, we cancelled. The waitress was apologetic and we paid for the wings. We asked for the manager, who came up and said" I was just cooking your alfredo." He stated that he was new and to come back next week and things would be better. Hubby's bday is coming up and we'll be at the Applebee in Copperas Cove, 20 miles away. Who leaves a restaurant after 2 hours and is still hungry?? Unreal experience!!
We went here for Thanksgiving since my little do not eat traditional Thanksgiving food. As we walked up, there was a very upset party of people who stated that they did not get their food. There was no where to sit inside due to the backed up line. So I had to sit outdoors in the cold with my children. I was told that it would take 15 mins to be seated but it was more like 30-35 mins. We were only seated because I overheard the hostess mention my name from the list. The food was overcooked and my server never check up on my children or I . She repeatedly walked by our table without bringing anything to drink. I had to repeatedly ask her for items that we never received. I came there to also tip whatever waitress we received highly because I know that it can be hard working on the holidays.... But the level of service that we received did not warrant that. The only positive part of the entire experience was the new manager Katie. That young lady is smart business minded and an excellent addition to the staff leadership. She listened to my issues and did her best to resolve them. She should definitely be moved up within the company. Other than that, I'm not sure we'll be back.
Went to Apple bees for veterans days long line but they were moving fast to get everyone seated. I opted to go to the bar since I was alone was seated very quickly got my food very fast. Food was great and the host and bartender were very friendly made sure I was comfortable.
