Hopped in for a quick lunch, and we were seated quickly, and food came out really quick as well.
Hubby and I shared the new chicken meal and a side salad. We got a side of the oriental chicken salad dressing to dip the sandwich in.
Sooo good.
Last night went to this restaurant. Waiting at the front door for half and hour just to get on the list. Many people were tired of waiting and left. Then waited another half hour to get a table. The service was so slow. I think they are more into servicing online orders, as the waitress stated. . Not once did the manager come to apologize. The food was okay but, when you are past the point of hunger, a meal worm tastes as a filled. I have never seen a chain restaurant so poorly run. Even the marquis was not lit up outside, I reckon to detour customers for coming. Our waitress was great and the other staff menus. Know you are diner in restaurant First. If you get overwhelmed, turn off the online ordering and pay attention to your customers.
I had an absolutely great time! Me and my roommate went on 10/10 a little under and hour before they closed right after we got off work. We sat at the bar and our bartender was incredibly nice! Our food was out so fast but was absolutely amazing! 10/10 best mozz sticks I've had in CO. Again our bartender was our server and she was absolutely fantastic, I'm pretty sure her name was Bronte. Absolutely wonderful and made my drinks amazing!
My granddaughter ate there on Friday night that is December 23th and had a hamburger and my friend ate a hamburger there too and her hamburger was pink. They were greasy too and both got sick the next day after eating that hamburger there. My daughter only had a drink and didn’t eat nothing so she didn’t get sick. I just think they should cook their foods to a nice temperature and stop feeding people raw meats.
I had the southwest chicken bowl and loved it. Every bite is a flavor surprise. My husband had one of the daily specials and was quite happy with his choice. The restaurant is clean and kept at a comfortable temperature. Best of all was our server, Kaya, she was pleasant and she anticipated our every need. We felt well taken care of and appreciated. Thank you, Kaya. Keep up the great job.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this place. The servers were extremely rude, especially one named Devin, who served my wife and me with a nasty attitude the entire time. I ordered a Long Island Iced Tea, and it was terrible. When I politely mentioned this, Devin’s response was completely unprofessional—she told us to find the bartender ourselves instead of addressing the issue.
The lack of basic customer service skills was shocking. It felt like they couldn’t care less about our experience, yet they still expected a good tip at the end. Based on the way we were treated, I have no intention of returning to this place. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this place doesn’t seem to get that.
Our server Kaya was AMAZING! We were celebrating a birthday & she made the birthday girl feel so special. 10/10 experience❤️
I enjoyed what I ordered from the 2for 28 meal I think. It was the chicken breast served over mini tortilla chips with some kind of lime creme sauce over the top. This was so good and great for the price. Our poor server wad his tables + he was bartending and he did awesome. We'll definitely be back thanx
