This location is much better than other
Locations we’ve been to (cleaner, also) the manager and kitchen staff have been here long enough to do everything right. Plus, being busy means fresh food! Special thanks to our usual server, Nicole. Great memory and always perfect service!
First, I would like to say I really appreciate Applebee’s for giving free dinners to veterans today on Veterans Day. We brought a group of 14. I got there at 4:30 as they do not take reservations to put our name on the list they told me a 45 minute wait. Ended up being an hour wait Then the time we got our food left. It was still three hour ordeal but we had great fellowship. The food was good. The service was excellent not really conducive for groups if you’re only got four people it’s a great place to go. They don’t accommodate groups well at all but I appreciate everything they did.
The shrimp was excellent, the steak was very thin but tasty
The place has an odd smell, and it's the rag that they use to clean off the tables. It's pretty obvious that they use it many times before rinsing or washing it off. We had our own travel pack of Clorox wipes, and once we wiped the table with it after sitting down, it smelled way better at our table. Other than the smell, the food was hot and delicious, and our server was very nice and quite attentive.
I haven't ate at Applebee's in a long time and I see why. The service was pretty good ,the food was ok. But when did Applebee's allow people to bring dogs into the restaurant. Not only that but the dogs walked around and went into the restroom and it wasn't a service dog either. It was 2 little dogs and we're eating and they're in the restaurant like it's OK and it's not and nothing was done or said.
Hello, when we got there the hostess said it would be a 20 minute wait and it wasn’t. Thank you for not having us to wait and get a table. Our waitress was friendly but, customers need to make sure you check your receipt. The reason why I say this when I checked my receipt I had the salmon and shrimp with broccoli and cheese and they only put very little cheese I had to order more I was charged for broccoli twice.
I was like why am I being charged twice for broccoli? When all you had to do was charge me for the cheese. My broccoli and cheese was okay but was not warm enough. My salmon was great and warm. They gave us small portion of loaded potatoes. Make sure if you have questions to ask them. We had to wait a while before we got our plates and make sure you check your prices. They will another price on there. The chicken wontons were good and I love the teriyaki sauce on them. I will give you a 8.
Ordered online. Go inside to pick up, nobody would look at me. Girl at host stand was face deep in her phone, not paying attention to anything around her. Walked to bar, bartender acted like I inconvenienced him about my order. He pointed to another girl. She rudely asked my name and basically dropped my food bag in my hand. Said nothing to else to me. Walked out, host girl still engrossed in her phone. Ridiculous experience. That's why I never go to restaurants like Applebee's. Except this time. Plus, my steak was rare when I asked for medium rare. But I can deal with that.
Wait was not that long, the service, host, everyone was very nice, polite and everyone had a smile.
The food was delicious!!

Wasn't good at all Do not get the salt and pepper salmon meal the mashed potatoes had a tangy taste like they were on there last leg. The appearance was off too..Overall food was very bland. Waitress was doing the best she could to accommodate us. Never Again...
