The experience was wonderful. The food was hot, and didn’t take long. The hostess and our waitress was absolutely spectacular, great attitudes, and smiles from everyone on the staff. The bartender had drinks ready quicker than the flash himself. I had an amazing time, food was delicious and time friendly! (special shout out to the chefs!) all in all, 12/10 would recommend a friend!
My waitress Traci was phenomenal. Normally I don’t get to take the wife and kids out too often. But this past week I told them they deserved it! They asked to go to the best restaurant in town. Our normal server wasn’t there that day. Traci was the friendliest serve I have ever met. She recommended me to get the 8 Oz Top Sirloin so I had. And it was *chefs kiss*. It was so fresh as if she just got the cut straight from the cow!
We visited this location from out of state on 10/14 around 10pm. We walked in through the take out entry, however, no one acknowledged us. It was busy so they should have had someone attending all zones. We just went ahead and approached the bar to order, no problem. The bartender and all employees were talking and laughing with the opposite side of the only side that seemed to be available for us, so even getting someone to take our order took a while. They finally took our order but didn’t offer anything to drink while we waited. After about 30 minute wait we got out food to go. I was polite and I tried to be understanding but they did have a lot of employees on the floor and apparently in the kitchen. I even tipped them even though it was a take out order and they provided the worst customer service.
Well, they pretty much gave us trash. Once we got to the hotel and we realized the poor quality [in all aspects] of our food I called and requested to speak with the manager on duty. She assured me a refund would be processed but that would take about 5 days to show in my bank. I said no problem. I forgot all about but they never refunded my card for the burnt food and ridiculously small quantities. They probably gave us the scrapes from the bottom of the pan at the end of the night. $70 dollars completely down down the drain. Probably because I mentioned that we were leaving the next morning so a meal replacement wasn’t an option.
We’re coming back next week and I will most definitely not be visiting this establishment. A total fraud.
We always have a great time when we come. Food is always hot and bartenders are friendly. Mikey has a great personality and always has a smile on his face. Love him.
Our waiter was great! Super kind and attentive. The food was also delicious and not super expensive like some places! We will definitely be back!
Great place and good service. Morgan was so attentive and helpful, we ordered the 2 for $23 - two meals with an appetizer. We started with boneless wings, Fiesta lime chicken and the oriental chicken salad. All were delicious for sure
Food was super yummy! The fajita chicken roll up is so good! Brittany was a sweet heart and very attentive to our table! We will definitely be back!
Awful so we all ordered our meal two of them was wrong, so why everybody else ate it took them 35 minutes to just sit there and make the other food. The chicken is grizzle like texture
Overall, it was like a zero
