Best WLM Reviews

We used to go to Applebee's and we had stopped. It was 2 years or 2.5 years.. it was disgusting.. well me and my wife we went there again.. the menu is new entrees. I had the chicken and shrimp.. it was very good.. we will be back again..
The server was friendly and polite in general. I seated at the table around the bar area, so the server was one of two bartenders. It took her some time to come greeting me and take the order. She checked back on me after the drink and food were received. But I still felt it took much more time to get her attention and check on me. Not convenient though, still prefer to sit at the bar. The manager was working around the kitchen and sometimes in the bar, as I could see.
Tipsy Leprechaun Cocktail tasted good but I felt the alcohol was a bit weak in the whole drink body. The presentation was very good with the green color fluid and some golden granulated sugar at the glass top; great for the celebration of Saint Patrick's Day. The temperature was ice-cold nicely. Spinach & Artichoke Dip tasted fine and normally traditional.
The music volume level was just right for the night time. The guest conversation level was not quite loud. I would say I felt comfortable to enjoy the drink and food over here in the dinner time.
There were 4 TVs around the bar area; all were on and playing. The best one for me to watch is the big screen TV in the center of the bar. The quality was good and clear to watch the baseball game. The other small TV which I could still watch was playing the news or the weather. Nicely enjoying the time here.
Very nice waitress, though she did not listen to or make sure all of my special requests on my food preparation were done like I asked. Still I left her a 25% gratuity as she did bring my food out to me in a timely fashion and refilled my drink regularly. SHE DID NOT GIVE ME MY RECIEPT THE FIRST TIME I ASKED FOR IT. I HAD TO ASK THE MANAGER ON DUTY FOR IT!!
The bar tender on Thursday Oct. 17th was horrible. First she was talking to herself then not even acknowledging when my drink was empty and I was sitting right in front of her. Then I order a drink. She rings it up but forgets I ordered a drink so when I remind her of the drink I Already ordered she rings me up again. She did this 3 times. Then gets mad when I confront her on it giving me more attitude and disservice. When I cashed out she threw my bill at me. She needs to be fired. I made a complaint with the manager. Hopefully she gets reprimanded. I made the mistake of retuning again and nothing has changed. The waitress has a Gen Z attitude that resembles laziness and disrespect (updated today)
We got in just when they opened so it wasn't super crowded. Our server, Maria, was excellent and very attentive. I had the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp with Blue Raspberry Lemonade. My son had his Chicken Tenders and Fries. We had the Crispy Onion Rings for an appetizer and the Triple Chocolate for dessert. Onion rings were excellent. My food was good. Dessert was really sweet and the chocolate lava in the middle was hot while the cake was not. So be careful not to burn yourself. Overall, the meal was tasty. I ended up spending almost $60 for everything but I got to have leftovers.
Even with all the negative comments my friend and I had lunch today. Absolutely wonderful! The food was fresh, our waitress Cat was top notch , the lunch portions are huge and the prices are great ????
Went in for a quick bite and the new $1 Halloween drinks but was a total waste of 30 bucks - burgers tasted like rubber and the drinks were weaker than an old person using a cane. The bartender just gave us sugary ice and a brain gummy......
I’m not a frequent visitor but on my way home did not feel like dealing with rush hour traffic and rain so I pulled in for a drink. Place is bustling with customers at the tables and bar. Food smells good. Steady jukebox music playing and several TVs on for watching various sporting events going on. Haley the single Bartendress is busy but holding up the fort well. I should visit more often.
