Not sure how to feel about the food I was given. I ordered a sampler to go. My spinach dip had a soggy chip in it when I opened it, also my boneless buffalo wings had a cut up chicken strip in the bowl. Not sure if this food was recycled or an honest mistake, either way I didn’t feel comfortable eating them.
Super nice and friendly service, our waitress was new but quick and very pleasant, she did mess up with the food but her and the manager on duty were quick to fix it and I mean quick and they were so polite about it they even compensated us by taking one of the meals off the bill.
The waitress came to take our order, she was friendly but didn't give her name. She brought back our drinks, She brought our drinks , she brought our food and a refill for my grandsons drink. He's a school teacher not a teenager, he also works as a waiter on Saturday nights. She never came back until the end of the meal. We waited another ten minutes for a refill for his drink and a dessert he had ordered. The only time we saw her smile was when she delivered the bill and a box for my food. She never asked did we need anything, I'm sorry but you don't earn a tip by ignoring your customers. The food was great but she needs a different job.
The food was delicious but our server was terrible. Saw her three times and would stand by the POS station for ten minutes at a time while we waited for refills. Her attitude was abysmal as well. Building was clean and food was amazing but the service definitely brought our experience down.
Server was super professional. Margs were great. Food came out pretty quick. Manager was awesome. Came to our table to check on our experience and was super kind on our way out. If you’re looking for a solid Applebees, I’d recommend.
Finally came back after the pandemic, and we were not disappointed one bit. The parking lot was mostly full, but we were able to be seated right away. Our server was very attentive without missing a beat, and our food and drinks were so delicious.
Food was delicious ???? Waiter was the best I have had in a long time. Enjoyed my dinner!!
This location is absolutely terrible. From top to bottom there is NO service! Took 15 min to get drinks and we were the ONLY table in there. The angry manager (huge man) just stared at us like we owed him money. The initial plates for appetizers were wet with food all over them. We showed the server and she said " HUH" . The children workers congregating and visiting with each other at the host stand cutting up were a disgrace. Eventually we got drinks, after another 20 min with server MIA, I had to walk to bar to get refill. In doing this the server watched me walk past her and did nothing. The BARTENDER was very friendly. The only positive here. The manager guy seriously looked like he was dangerous. The scowl on his face was disturbing. This is the new level of service these days with lazy unqualified people who take no pride in their work. Very sad . Will never return.
