Went into the ridge road location for Sunday dinner 11-17-2024 at 7:00pm with my husband and I have to say we had the absolute worst non service . To start they were not busy because the restaurant was more empty than full. After we literally walked through the entire restaurant by the hostess to be seated where did she choose to seat us? By the bathrooms ugh ???? so we politely asked if we could sit where the game was showing versus watching a Humana commercial. Since she couldn’t change the channel. (really)? So we order drinks but try to order our food also and you would have thought we were talking trigonometry so she tells us I’ll just come back. We explained that we already knew what we wanted to order and the young lady disregarded us. Afterwords she went over to the bar and starting rating the gummies that went in the blue special drinks. Like I don’t know what kind of circus you all are running but this very unprofessional and disgusting. She doesn’t wash her hands then you bring over our drinks uhhh ???? no ma’am. You still don’t take our order stating “you are the only server on the floor and it’s going to take a long time for our food to come out”. This is not how you treat customers let alone whine and complain about your job to customers! Young lady based on how you conducted yourself you would have been sent home if I were your manager. This was the WORST VISIT! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL. I took pictures of the server eating blue gummies at the bar versus taking our order.
Came on a Friday night food came out hot drinks came out on time this is the first apple bees I been to in a long time that had everything right… staff was friendly me and my family enjoyed ourself the atmosphere was great and everything was nice and clean. I would deftly recommend. They gave 5 stars ⭐️
Our server Cole was super helpful.
He checked on us often and made sure our food was brought out quickly.
We came here for lunch while attending the Wrestling NCAA Div II Championship at the arena. Was not disappointed in the service and would recommend.
NEVER EAT HERE. I went here on a date with my girlfriend. ordered an appetizer and the plates they brought out were disgusting, hadn’t been washed well. I just looked past it and didn’t complain. Then when we got our food, my girlfriends plate had a hair in it, so i asked the waitress for a new plate, and she got us a new one. come to find out a little bit later THERE WAS ANOTHER HAIR IN THE NEW PLATE. (i have a picture of the hair in the second plate, but not the first, and i also have pictures of the unwashed plates) then when it came time to pay, the total was $49, i gave them my card and they charged me almost $70. and when i asked why i got charged almost $70 for a $49 meal, they realized they charged me for the new plate for my girlfriend. so they were going to refund me, and re run my card for the original amount of $49. well i only had $75 dollars on my card to begin with and the refund would not have come till the end of the night, possibly the next morning, so i didn’t have any money on my card to pay. so i requested a refund for the meal, because the plates were nasty, there was hair in both of the plates my girlfriend got, and they overcharged my card. and when i requested the refund, they gave it to me, but the manager came out, (i think his name was cole), and told me that my meal was on them, but also told me that i was broke and was just trying to find a way to get a free meal. terrible experience, never eat here.
Came here to eat at around noon. We were seated immediately, service was friendly. It took a moderate amount of time for food to come out, but as long as it's not an egregious amount of time, it's not too big of a deal.
I ordered a classic bacon cheeseburger, side of fries, and a strawberry lemonade. I found the burger and fries a tad underseasoned. Still, it was good.
I don't really have more to say about this location.
I went to participate in the "Veterans day " special. In atmosphere I was taken back to the early day of the 1950's when segregation was commonplace. My first hint things were atypical was when the greeters offered me and my son seats at the bar or a "community table". I could see 8 or 10 empty booths from the doorway but I was told it would be a 20 to 25 minutes delay before we could be seated but seating at the "community table" would be immediate. The other people at the table were clearly Veterans. The special menu of what was offered as a "free meal " was an excellent idea. When I tried to do the "Pick six offer" on another occasion, it turned into a total disaster. With the special menu and segregated seating, we did not dare attempt to add a "Pick Six" to the order.. Not only was i personally insulted when we left the doorway was jammed with people spilling out to the sidewalk. The empty booths were still visible.
I went in for lunch on a payday of all days and man I was greeted with wonderful bar service via Cole. I ordered the bourbon street chicken but requested that the chef put a small spin on it. The chicken I was served was incredibly succulent and very well seasoned. I was greeted with different spices and jalapenos this time and it was amazing. Thank you to the cook Jordan(pictured) and the rest of the crew!
My family and I walked in and waited for about 3 - 5 minutes, a few of the servers and bartender looked at us but nobody greeted us or said anything like"someone will be with you"....noting...we were hungry and looking forward to eating there. It wasn't really busy inside, but had to walk out. I'm not about to spend my money where we don't feel welcomed, service was probably going to be slow and subpar.... very disappointing and aggravating especially when you're hungry.... on to the next one
