Another great Applebee's. It's always fun to see the bar packed and happy people enjoying the food and drink here. I go to Applebee's all over the state and the staff here rocks my socks. Check them out ASAP.
Great food and service. Came in Saturday evening with a party of 3 and was immediately seated without having a reservation. Our waitress was really nice, polite, and attentive. Our food and drinks arrived quickly and tasted delicious. The place was clean and had a good amount of tvs playing a few different sports. Lot of good options for food and drinks with a great deal for couples. The cocktails are super cheap but still amazing and are constantly changing.
We enjoyed the food and the service and we all had a family get together so it was a fun place to do that at and for food I got the whiskey burger so good.
I went here for lunch during my 3 days working in town and the lunch staff were amazing. They remembered my drink after the first visit and the food was on point each time. Also, a customer had a health incident and the staff were quick, efficient and attentive in handling the situation before paramedics arrived.
It was a decent experience. The service was excellent and the environment was inviting as it celebrated the different schools from elementary to college along its walls. The food was great along with the drinks & everything came out on time and HOT. If I am ever back in this area, I would recommend this location to you.
While there, I noticed the servers not being attentive to watching the door. People waited at the door for a long period of time during a part of the day when it wasn't busy. How this store rates even a 4, I believe, isn't scored, right ? And to hear this store is a training store, well I would say they did not show me that at all. How does this store survive? I am sure sales would reflect that this store needs more work to increase their marketing and more training their self to bring in customers and work on filling that dining room. IF NOT , I don't see this store lasting too long. I have been to other stores in the surrounding area and had a much better experience with the dining room packed out.
Worst Applebee's manager in HISTORY
Had a friend visiting from Texas, she had brought her certified service animal with her, who was a very small senior dog that doesn't bark. Doesn't make noise doesn't do much of anything and he was in a shoulder bag carrier... first, the waitress began to give us a hard time because the carrier was sitting on the chair... We asked to speak to the manager. He'd come over in the first words out of his mouth. "The waitress is correct..." He didn't introduce himself, didn't tell us His name didn't even care.Just engages us in a hostile manner right out of the gate.
Didn't come over and explain to my friend. There may be some ridiculous NYS health department rule that involves the actual chair itself, there was no reason for his hostel attitude, or that this dog had to be put on the floor treated like a gym bag. Even though this dog is allowed to fly, sit in the seat on her lap,
He goes on with his cock attitude how he's been the manager for fifteen years and still doesn't know how to talk to customers wasnt impresive! I've literally been going to that location for fifteen years, and i've never seen the guy before in my life!
So he either doesn't ever engage the customers or work the floor like most managers or he's lying. I have no idea...
I really don't know that i'm going to continue to go to this particular location anymore. Especially after the way my friend was treated! She flew out from Texas to help me with some personal things. And it just wasn't the time or the place for a flex!
The dog was not eating off the table or bothering anybody. It was literally just IN a soft carrier on the Xtra chair...
The waitress continued to try to backtrack her entire interaction with us... think she knew her tip was gone at that point!
Food was amazing, but Tina definitely did not ID eveyone as a heads up. She didn't ask for my ID either tho I handed it to her anyway, looked at it looked at me and then asked how old I am. Proceeded to not even ask my friend who's younger then me for her ID. She was served alcohol twice. I understand it's by a college but a restaurant should ID eveyone anyway Extremely unprofessional.
