Waitresses are great and sweet. Especially to our child who is very social. Good has been hot. Place is clean.
Particularly this night!! Hair was in my food. I'm a usual customer. Especially when the wife wants something different than cooking at home!! This is one of my top 5 go to spots in Lexington!! Disappointed but I'm definitely going to give this establishment another chance to keep impressing and improving.
Staff needs some training or just to be fired.
Greeter was mentally challenged. This normally wouldn't be an issue except she couldn't do her job. We stood there for over 10 minutes while she wasn't paying attention. Then brought us dip for our meal and just stool there staring at us after we said thanks and we were all set now. The waitress was clueless. 2/4 orders were wrong. The meal should have been quick but for some reason took absolutely forever.... it's not like the place was busy. Our meal came out before my husbands beer was served. Overall terrible experience.
I recently visited Applebee’s and had an excellent dining experience! I ordered the riblets, and they were absolutely delicious—tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The portion size was generous, and the accompanying sauce added the perfect tangy kick.
The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my drink was always full and that I had everything I needed. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual meal.
If you're looking for tasty comfort food and a welcoming environment, I highly recommend checking out Applebee's. I’ll definitely be back for more riblets soon!
I had an incredible dinner at Applebee's, where the warm, friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home. The menu offered something for everyone, and the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp was out of this world. The service was outstanding, with our server, Christi, being attentive without hovering. We ended the night with the decadent Triple Chocolate Meltdown, which was a great finish to a fantastic meal. The general manager, Cooper, does a great job with managing his team and keeping the restaurant looking pristine. We'll definitely be back soon!
Service was pretty slow.. You can tell they are definitely under-staffed but food was wonderful! I always get chicken tenders tossed in honey barbecue and dip them in ranch. I also get honey mustard for my frys, as they used to have the best in my opinion but noticed it’s been different the past few times we’ve ate here and not nearly as good. Still had a great lunch.
Service was slow but efficient. We didn't come to Applebee's expecting gourmet, we just planned to share a couple of appetizers as a later afternoon snack. We paid a decent amount for nachos and what we were served was 100% NOT worth the price. Barely any cheese or toppings and the worst part was the guacamole was frozen!!
The wonton tacos tasted good, but the execution doesn't work.
The atmosphere was nice and open food was hot and delicious server didn't get the order correct but we were able to take off the unwanted items I still enjoy the meal would recommend
