I never have a good experience at any Applebee's and haven't came to one in over 2 years. My husband and I decided to give this one a shot on a Sunday evening and it was great. The best food I've ever had at an Applebee's. Our waitress seemed slightly more focused on the deep cleaning going on BUT she was still attentive. I really appreciated that when she brought me a new water, it had a new lemon in it. More often than not servers refill your water but never seem to refill your lemon so I was happy at that ????. Sometimes it's the little things lol.
As business and restaurant owners ourselves, I really loved seeing the whole team of staff cleaning and helping each other out. It must've been deep clean night as they were dusting photo frames, organizing the bar, etc, and they were all working together. I LOVE that. Teamwork really does make the dream work!
Food was very fast, piping hot, and delicious. Thank you for actually cooking my steak medium rare as most places (especially other "steakhouses" in the area) over cook it usually. The chicken was the most tender and delicious chicken we've ever had at another restaurant (I think it was called sante fe or southwest... it was on the 2 for $36 menu). It was a great experience overall. I believe our waitress said her name was Hailey (sorry if wrong spelling!) We appreciated her prompt service and always being quick to get whatever we asked for!

Huge portions and love the new Shirley temple drink with pop rocks candy in it! Couldn't tell it was our servers first day, she was great!
They have redeemed themselves. I went back today and everything was great! Food perfect, the sweet tea was great and waitress was wonderful. Good job Farmington Applebee's!
Took them 3 rimes to get me sweet tea. The spinach artichoke dip didn't taste right. And the bourbon street chicken was all wrong instead of a cajan garlic butter glaze instead they just used garlic butter on it. When ask for more sauce because it the chicken was dry they brought cold sauce. I won't go back to this location. Horrible food.
Ordered French onion soup, it was cold, very salty and the cheese was hard as a rock on top. Server apologized and got me the tortilla soup. Bowl was half full, the other half
those tortilla chips. Not sure if it was later (8pm). The Caesar salad was good.
This location goes beyond the extra mile! An item was missing on delivery. I called in, and after a quick chat they arranged to have someone from the restaurant bring it to me. An employee drove their personal vehicle, and took time from their shift for a 30min round trip to hand delivered it! Absolutely incredible service from both staff I interacted with. 5 stars all the way around. Thank you so much!
The server did a good job. Even dealing with a routy large group of disrespectful teens. Which has become a common theme here. Stepping on trash and chunks of food in the walkways and no one doing anything about it is pretty sad. The price and amount of food (lack of) was ridiculous. We have eaten out at various places and never paid $85 for 3 burgers, a chicken salad, an appetizer and an appetizer combo, with no drinks. It was like this during covid. That's over. Blame inflation, no, how can you charge more and give less. Doesn't add up.
Bro and I go there on Veterans Day for lunch, we generally pass on the free version and get something different. What can you say, it's Applebee's... Crowded, noisy, subpar service, mediocre food at best. If you can't think of anything else that you'd rather have, it isn't bad, just isn't good.
