Very cold inside ! I went there with my 3 kids because is my daughters birthday today and she loves applebees food. As son as we get inn my kids gets really cold. So i saw the patio and i asked the girl in the front if we can seat outside she said NO. I ask her why she said because there was not enough staff ????????♀️ how can you have a nice outside patio for customers but they can use it? Why so cold inside??? If its cold inside let your customers go out ! We stay for few minutes and anyway we have to leave! NO ONE SHOWED UP TO MY TABLE!! HORRIBLE!!! SO IF YOU WANT TO GO TO THIS PLACE MAKE SURE YOU GUYS BRING JACKETS THE AC ITS TO HIGH!!! Can’t even have a drink ! Be ready to order hot tea lol…
Recently came here with my family for dinner and our server John was great! he made sure everything was taken care of fast and we were really satisfied with his attentiveness for our orders and his patience. We never worried about being forgotten which made our experience much more enjoyable. I would want to come back and ask for him next time. Overall we were happy with our night thank youu!
On November 4, I was there with my father and sister for a lunch. I ordered the grilled chicken with two sides the mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Half way through my meal, I took a forkful of the coleslaw and bit into something hard. I quickly spit it out on to a napkin and I was shocked to see what looked like a type of insect. Either a wasp or some type of insect with a black head, black body and wings. I couldn't believed what I just chewed on. My tongue started to hurt and it became red. My family were disgusted and called the waiter over. He saw what I showed him and he was shocked too. He went to get the manager. The store manager wasn't in at the moment so the kitchen manager came out to us and told me he doesn't know how this would have happened. He told me the coleslaw isn't made fresh there. It comes in containers from outside vendors. He proceeded to take my name and number and would tell the store manager when he arrives so he can call me to see how I am. We left the restaurant. I was so upset and shocked, my tongue was in excruciating pain so I went to the urgent care nearby. The doctor told me my blood pressure was very high at the moment. Which I can understand because I was feeling very anxious. He gave me an antihistamine to take in case of any allergy.
I'm very disappointed with the restaurant's way of handling this situation. The store manager never called that evening to see how I was feeling after that dreadful experience at his restaurant. As of matter of fact no one has reached out to me since. As a customer who has dined at Applebee's for many years and to have this type of bad experience happened. No one can take the time to reach out and acknowledge what happened really says a lot about this location.
I had an amazing experience at Applebee's, all thanks to our server, John. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. His recommendations were spot on, and he was attentive without being intrusive. Our food came out quickly, and everything was delicious. John’s friendly demeanor and excellent service truly made our night special. I highly recommend visiting Applebee’s and asking for John—he’s a superstar!
Ask for Elmer he truly is exceptional, setting a standard of service that’s hard to beat. From our very first visit, he’s welcomed us like family, making every experience memorable and enjoyable. His attentiveness and warmth make every moment feel special, and thanks to him, our weekends have become a tradition. Applebee’s should truly consider training all their employees to meet Elmer’s incredible standard. He’s the reason we keep coming back!
I came into a hell storm today. Restaurant was packed, however John made sure we were well taken care of. John was everywhere, taking food to different tables and cleaning up quick all while still being very attentive to us. He was an extremely good server and we will be coming back to be served by him always.
Last week my family had a great time. John our server was very kind and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed. The meal was good, and John made it even better. We left happy and will be returning
I came to watch the Yankee game and had the pleasure of being served by John. The young man took great care of me and my friends. He was hardworking cleaning up multiple tables, running around dropping off food and still was very attentive and fast with our orders. Will be asking for him on weekends when I come with friends.
