First off, let me say the food was amazingly good as usual, but I ordered online through the app to go pick up at curbside. Waited outside for about 10 minutes and no one came, so I went inside to a line of people all waiting for to go curbside orders. Was told I was waiting on the chicken for my pasta, so I asked could they bring it out to my truck and they told me yes. I waited another 30 minutes and went back inside to be told they were still waiting on chicken. Long story short...I waited about 2 hours for food that was only supposed to take 20 minutes from order to pick up. The manager said they were short staffed but it must've only been 4 people working because the service was extremely slack. I only come here because the food is good and close distance to my home, but now I'm rethinking about driving across town for better service. This is a poorly staffed and managed location on garners ferry rd. Please do better in the future.

I always order my food Togo on the app. Got the bourbon street steak medium well with an extra side of garlic butter and said it’s ready at 6pm. Got there at 6:02(carside delivery) and decided to go inside at 6:15. Was told my food was ready just had to bag it up. I wouldn’t have gotten the side of butter that I paid extra for if I didn’t ask for it. She came back with a container with barely any in it and said that’s all they had left…. This was my first time at this location so I got to take in the atmosphere. It was Smokey inside, felt dirty, and the bartender was tweaking… I hate to call that out but thats embarrassing for her and the store as a whole. It made me uncomfortable. I got to my car and checked the food, it seemed fine. A lot less onions than what I’m use to. I eat my steak, half of it is burnt and the other half wasn’t even medium well… it was rare. It tasted weird. I’m disappointed in the 20$ I spent here. I’ll stick to my Augusta rd location as I’ve never had any problems there whatsoever. I’m definitely not ordering here again, and definitely won’t come here and sit down to eat.
This experience was genuinely so terrible, I felt like I was on a TV show. I really thought people were about to pop out of nowhere with cameras and tell us we were being pranked because I never in my life imagined a restaurant could actually be this awful.
We arrived around 8:45. Seated immediately. The waitress continuously walked right past our table to serve others including ones who were sat after us and did not even glance in our direction or say she would be with us shortly. I’m not joking when I say this went on for 30 whole minutes before she came to promptly ask us to place our full order. Whatever, we were hungry, it was late- we ask for our drinks and order our food.
30 minutes after THAT we get two waters and two drinks from the bar. 30 minutes we waited to be acknowledged, and then another 30 just for drinks.
Don’t even get me started on how long it took to get the food out and just how horrible the food was. All I can say is that I wish we had left instead of tried to stick it out.
I really think the most frustrating part of this experience was that yes, they were understaffed, but it was very apparent the waitress was not even trying. She didn’t care at all and didn’t even TRY to do a decent job.
Also, there was literally no music playing at all. Or TVs on. It was dead silent in that restaurant. Super awkward. Everyone was trying to keep their volume low. Looking back I don’t even know how they had 5 people in there.
Hopefully this turns around for this restaurant. We went about a year ago and everything was fine. No idea what happened. But last night sucked.
The service was great! Our server was extremely sweet! Loved her! We purchased the mix n match deal. I ordered the salmon dish, and my best friend ordered the baby back ribs dish. The food was absolutely delicious as well! The only weird part, was that they didn't have any silverware, nor any green beans. Other than that, no complaints!
Typical neighborhood gathering spot. Most people go for the drinks, but you can't live off alcohol alone. Ordered online for curbside pickup. They were busy even though it was an early week day. Good for the economy, not so good for my growling stomach.
I ordered ribs, mashed Potatoes and broccoli. There was a wait, but the young lady that offered to help me was pleasant and courteous. After my order was ready there was a 15 minute ride to my destination.
The broccoli was not soggy or overcooked, the potatoes were flavorful but could benefit from some garlic butter, the ribs were a disappointment. Overall they seemed dried out/overcooked, almost as if they had been burned and left sitting around.
The drinks are always refreshing, but the food options are hit or miss.
Upon arrival we were greeted promptly and sat at a table. We eventually ordered our drinks and an appetizer when the server showed up. A while later we were able to order our food. Then the server finally brought our drinks. Another table was sat behind us. We watched this group get their food, eat, and pay. At this point we had been here for 1.5 hrs. Still hadn't received our food or our app. The server then sat at our table and told us they just informed him that they were out of our appetizer. He had previously told us multiple times in the last hour that our food was almost ready. At this point we were no longer interested in anything. I understand that things happen but this was beyond unacceptable. When it took as long as it did to even get our drink order I should have known this was going to be our experience.
I sat at the bar for my dine in experience this evening. My server Brianna was great!
I orderd the 2 for $27 which had the honey BBQ boneless wings, chicken Alfredo, and the fiesta lime chicken.
The alfredo was delicious, it was creamy and the chicken and broccoli was hot and fresh. The honey BBQ wings had just the right amount of sauce, which made them delicious!
Our server was mostly good but everything else was terrible. Food took forever to come out and in the most random order. People that ordered 30+ mins after us got their food before us (our table and others). We sent back "steamed broccoli that was hard, only for it to come back burnt! Time for the check and even after we confirmed what was on the individual checks it was still wrong, twice! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Go anywhere else!
