I had dinner at this Applebee's last night, and i had a wonderful experience. Ashley was the manager and i noticed she periodically came out to check on random guests. when she came to our table after we had gotten finished eating, she made sure we were happy with everything. I really enjoy it when i get a visit from the manager without asking, because it shows they genuinely care about our experience. we will definitely be back after this experience.
Burger was good. Went with a friend who had a baby service was great . you did great and amazing. The server was on top of things ( though it was dead but it was a Tuesday night at 9 30 but still) they were very patient with us as we tried to figure out what we wanted
Chicken sandwich was awesome - good service- typical atmosphere - I would recommend Applebee's in waynesboro

Just want to preface by saying I NEVER leave negative reviews. So I recently went to Applebee's for dinner with my loved ones. I got a burger with fries there. The food was good, the waiter kept forgetting about our table but we tried to be understanding as it was busy that day. I took over half of my burger home with me in a takeout box. Earlier today, I went to eat the rest of the burger and I bite on something odd. Turns out there was paper in my burger, I suppose the kind that comes with cheese? This is absolutely disgusting, and I will definitely not be eating there again. Like I said the food was good but it is a concern that they didn't catch a whole piece of paper in someone's burger. Also is a concern for choking. Please be aware!
Had to wait longer than normal because the kitchen staff was all new people and no experienced cooks to help them. Orders were not correct, some items overcooked or over seasoned and burnt. Wait staff was polite and courteous.
I go to this Applebee's every single Friday with my partner and it's always an amazing time!! The staff are so wonderful and the food is amazing too!! After 9pm they do half off appetizers so if you want a yummy bite to eat for a late dinner this is the place to go!
Not sure what's wrong with their food. It doesn't taste that great and I get sick from the food whenever I ate there. Last time I went there, ordered as smoothie and it tasted old and overly sweet. Staff is polite and friendly but I avoid going there and getting food from them since then.
