I came here for my first ever Veteran's special after being out of the service for 4 years. The food was good, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was pleasant as well. The best part of the evening was when the male host asked me if I need a veteran's menu. I'm a female veteran and I've had a lot of assumptions made about me during and after my service. I had brought my discharge papers along with me just in case but when the male host ASKED me if I needed a veteran's menu, instead of just assuming I wasn't a veteran - it made my entire day, if not my week/month. He was personable and a stand up guy. Thank you for not assuming and recognizing that 15% of the US military is made up of servicewomen. I will not forget this kindness, I promise. I will be back for future Veteran's specials if the establishment chooses to continue them.
The food was delicious the service was beyond slow for our table. Our service made herself seem like she was busy but I saw her helping only three tables... while this other service was doing at least seven tables and rocking it - really wished we had her. Either way, they set us at a table with food on the food all outside it. We were very thankful the cooks were doing an amazing job!
See this is why Applebee's is slowly dying away. This shitty food yall allow to keep coming out that kitchen. This roll up is so soggy I should have gotten a burrito from Chipotle. Plus I specifically asked for Silverware cause I'm in a hotel but I'd be damn if I got them. So eattin mashed pot with my fingers ????
at our apple bees we were provided with top tiere entertainment before i begin. OUR ELETE EMPLOYEE NICKOLE was amazing and good. GIBE HER THAT BONUS CUZ YK SHE DESERVES ALLAT. she got us right w fast service even after all the drama. Storytime: Manager gary came in and began yelling at every employee, our queen nichole still pulled through whipping up our meals all spiffy. The employees were amazing so i really don’t know why gary was yelling. +1.5 stars for playing brittney Speace. dispite the manager drama yk we ate down
Sat at the bar, and had to wait 10 minutes before I got greeted with a menu. Ordered and my food came out with dry bacon, no condiments for my fries that I asked for 3 times. The waitress that I asked 3 times said she put it on the ticket and will get it. Then continues to go talk to other employees. I just needed sauce..
The main store manager (older lady that has been here for 10+ years, doesn't have any control over any floor staff and never is on the floor to begin with)... very disappointing that this establishment used to be better but has gone so down hill. I'll be going to other restaurants around here instead.
Stopped with the family for the unlimited special. Restaurant was maybe 1/4 full and appeared decently staffed. Our waitress did not write anything down, which resulted in repeated mess ups. Ordered 2 regular margaritas on the rocks with salt. Got two strawberry with sugar. Replacements had nothing on the rim.
Food took a long time to arrive, (2 orders of wings, one shrimp, one ribs). One order of wings was incorrect but close enough (ordered hot got regular). Refill order was a ribs and 3 wings. We got shrimp, ribs, and a double order of one kind of wings.
In all we probably killed 90 minutes while only managing one refill on food. Very mediocre service. Even with the cheaper prices it's not worth the hassle.
i’ve door dashed here 2 times and both times it was the worst experience i’ve ever had. the first time absolutely nobody helped me at all and i was there for about 25 minutes, one of the employees was yelling at all the people who were picking up orders. this most recent time wasn’t as long but still nobody even asked me what i was waiting for. not to mention the door for take out whenever it closed it was very loud and that area was so hot and uncomfortable. very small waiting area when you’re waiting for almost 30 minutes. the staff also had zero communication with each other or the people picking up orders. i was walked passed multiple times without them even asking me what i was waiting for. the food is good but the service is absolutely awful.
Your manager Gary is EXTREMELY disrespectful and should not be working with customers!! As we were talking to him he screamed at us and another customer had came over to our table, saying they had been treated the exact same way by him.
Our server and the bar manager were so sweet and deserve a raise for putting up with him…
