So I have been here in person in the past and generally a good experience. So I trusted tonight to get the car side to go. I order always Medium-Well. I don’t like raw meat, nor does my stomach. There was just a handful of cars in the parking lot. I also ordered the french onion dip. Well I don’t know who is the chef but the soup was burnt and the steak looks so bloody I am going to put it back in my oven. Check these pics out. I can not recommend the car side to go ever.
Came in late lunch with my husband and 4 kids. Greeted by Sam who was taking us to our seats where we met the waitress for that section who stopped Sam in the middle of the aisle and asked where she was seating us and she wouldn't be taking the table. She then suggested to "sit in the bar" where Sam politely told her we had 6 people. (4 kids ages 10,8,6&4)She told Sam there's a table on the other person's side (name started with a T, Terry maybe?). The waitress left such an ill impression we declined the next table and took our business elsewhere. That person has no business dealing with the public and speaking to her hostess like that. The hostess was so polite the entire time and you could tell she was being put in a position she didn't want to be in. Management needs to take moment and address this server. We ended up going to Red Robin, had a great server who made us feel welcome and who received a very good tip. (I forgot to mention, sorry to that server for not taking us, she missed out big time!)
Update: A year later and I decided to give it another shot. It was even worse this time. The cooks clearly do not care about their jobs and the manager is dumb as a box of rocks. I have never seen a more disgusting restaurant in my life.
Well it was an interesting experience. First the waitress was super nice no complaints at all . I ordered the ribs and when they came out they were so old and dry you couldn’t even bite them . I wasn’t going to say anything until I seen a bunch of hair under the bbq sauce . The waitress was nice and apologetic I got a new order and went with the fish and chips and to my surprise the fish was still frozen . The manager apologized and was willing to get me something else but by this time I drank about 8 waters and was ready to go . My wife’s meal was good she enjoyed it . It’s time for some new cooks at this location.
The food was fairly good. It used to be better. Not sure what changed with the steaks. I loved the French onion soup. I was put off by the very sticky menu. I had to get up and go to washroom to wash my hands before ordering because it was so bad. I noticed there were other menus on the tables I passed that also had something spilled on them. I mentioned ot to the waitress and they did not do anything with them the whole time I was there.
Stopped for a late dinner on a Monday night, restaurant was not busy at all. My only real issue was the speed of service. I was seated in the bar and waited 13 minutes before anyone came to the table, decided I was leaving at the 15 minute mark. The bartender was friendly enough, but she wasn't busy enough to take 13 minutes to stop by the table once. Food came out pretty quick and tasted alright. There was a guy who was seated at the next table as my order was taken, bartender told him she'd be right back-she wasn't, he left in a huff after about 10 minutes. The bartender stopped one more time to drop off a drink refill, and then to drop off the check. There were two girls at the hostess station, none of the servers were terribly busy. If there is an issue with the bartender not being able to work the bar and tables, there seems to be help there. I generally like Applebee's, but this stop was wasn't good.
I’ve tried to give this place multiple second chances but it gets worse every time… The staff is very friendly so I don’t blame this on them at all, but the food quality has gone downhill. Fries taste like they’ve been microwaved and are soggy/cold. My burger looked like a wet sponge and barely even cooked. Everything tastes like it’s been reheated. Waited almost 45 minutes for food when there were only maybe 3 other customers in the restaurant. Disappointing and overpriced for the quality.

Well. Upon walking in we politely waited as the sign states. A worker wiping down a table glanced up, sighed and walked off. Finally, someone else (waitress #1) came and sat us. The place wasn't overly packed but def seem short staffed. It took a good 10 minutes before anyone came by to get our drink orders. Another server (waitress #2) stopped a few minutes later and asked if anyone had gotten our drink order and we answered affirmatively. My SO said he saw our waitress outside smoking. Waitress #2 stopped back by as it had been several more mins at this point and yeah, we still had no drinks. She asked what was our drink order again? I was like heh.....nah.... that's ok. We'd been sitting staring at the menu a good 15-20 mins. At this point the chaos and disorganization was the limit. I asked her to just cancel our order (if it even existed anywhere!) and said we were just gonna leave. She was, of course, apologizing and I was like hey, I've been a server, I know how it is. It's not your fault, don't worry about it.
Then we went to Chili's.
Our server was great but everything else was horrible. Table was sticky silverware was dirty bathroom disgusting. We decided to take our food to go but dumped it in the trash. My stomach hurt without tasting the food ????????
