Exceptional Service at Applebee’s!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Applebee’s and was absolutely impressed by the outstanding service provided by Andrew. From the moment I sat down, they made me feel welcome with their warm smile and friendly demeanor.
What stood out most was their attentiveness—my drink was always refilled on time, and they checked in frequently without being intrusive. They went above and beyond to ensure my meal was perfect, even offering great recommendations from the menu that I ended up loving.
It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience. Applebee’s is lucky to have such a fantastic employee on their team. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to friends and family!
My visit today was very nice! As soon as I walked in the atmosphere was warm and festive! The Manager, Jen was upbeat, dancing and smiling while creating a Holiday environment as she was placing decorations throughout the bar area.
The bartender, Alberto, was extremely prompt in getting my drink and food order! He was very attentive as to when I needed another drink. He seems to always have a smile on his face and makes you feel comfortable!
I had the riblets comes with fries , I was very pleased with how perfectly the French fries was so tasty and had a crunchy bite but soft inside, by far this was the most best fries I ever eaten. Every bite I'd the ribs were very tender and the BBQ sauce was just right. The staff was on point, great job on how they greet you and checking on their customers. That was special. Thanks I'll be back again to try something else.
I recently ate at Applebees the other day and I LOVED it. First, I’d love to highlight the hard work and dedication of the workers in the restaurant. As a server myself, I was observing our waitress (Ash) and noticing how busy she was, and it even made me overwhelmed for her. However, the way she efficiently moved and constantly was helping out her coworkers gave me much respect for her and let me know that this is the kind of environment that values efficiency and welcoming their customers, as throughout our dinner Ash was very friendly and funny.
I’d also like to highlight how well our food was prepared and how quickly it came out. The restaurant itself seemed pretty full, but our appetizers still came out in about 7 minutes and our food in under 20 minutes. service was fast and efficient, but I never got the sense that it was rushed, as our food was perfectly made.
Overall, I love this restaurant, and I’ll definitely be returning!
We've been long time regulars at the Rohnert Park Applebee's.
Always phenomenal, genuine, and quick service. Today we were served by Gigi and she was exceptional! A server / bartender who can be professional and still have a laugh with you is what keeps us coming back. Food has always been served hot and satisfies whatever we're craving. 5 stars, good prices, no complaints!
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I am from Arizona and I haven’t ate at to many places while being up here. But I think I have a new favorite place. The burgers are all just so good, and the half off appetizers and drinks make it great to come with the kids
Zero personality from any of the bartenders I’ve encountered over the past year. You know you’re in a bad bar when it’s happy hour with cheap food and nobody goes in. World Series on 2 major teams and no sound. Time for new management and staff. I travel around the country and this is the slowest/boring Applebees I’ve seen in years.
After asking for my bill I asked why the vodka soda I ordered was $9? She told me that’s the price. I then asked her for my detailed copy. I saw that she rang in a double and asked her about it. She then proceeded to tell me that the only way she can ring in a shot is a double. These are the kind of geniuses that are employed.
On 11/18/24 at 3:00pm I sat on the bar to have a drink and lunch with my wife, the server was totally dry and not welcoming, maybe because we're not white, but he ignored us for a while then took our order , we tried to be as nice as possible with him, he didn't even check on us if we're ok or if we need anything, I asked for the bill, and found out that he over charged me and when I told him, he tried to argue with me. It was the worst experience I've ever had. I left and I don't think I'm going back to this restaurant.
