So today my wife and I decided to eat out
And we choose Applebees. Place was empty the hostess gave us a booth at the far corner all the way to the back. And that’s it
We waited for waiter to get to our table but never got to us. It was about 15 minutes waiting and no one showed up to our table.
Place was empty so I do t think they were short staff.
I even built a castle with the menu to top it off and no one ever showed up.
It’s a downer because we have eating here multiple times.
Never coming back.

Her genuine smile and warm demeanor made me feel welcomed, and she anticipated my needs without me having to ask. Alyssa’s professionalism and efficiency stood out, as she handled everything with grace, even during busy moments. Her excellent service truly enhanced my overall experience, and I would gladly return knowing she’s part of the team.
We ordered curbside pick up for Sunday night dinner. Online ordering was very easy, and the food was brought to the car promptly. Everything was tasted great!.
Best experience I've had at apple bees so far I love when the costumer service is quick and helpful when trying out new choices, our host Vivian was definitely memorable in making our experience unforgettable
Wow such a good Applebees compared to others I’ve been too. I sat at the bar and was promptly helped by Jessica. Phenomenal with the customer service and really felt inviting, she’s very funny. Food also tastes great! Definitely will be stopping by this place more. Thanks guys!
I went with a party of nine to celebrate a birthday. It was a rather slow evening with not much activity inside the restaurant. Once seated, we all placed our orders, and the server attempted to memorize all nine orders and beverages by memory instead of using the aid of a notepad. The wait took longer than expected based on the number of people seated at other tables. Once we received our plates, roughly two at a time, we asked if the last two plates were on their way or not after a 30-minute wait. By this time, half of the group was nearly done with their plates. The server had forgotten what was ordered and then checked to see if there was anything being made or not. He didn't return for another 10 minutes, so we stopped a different server to ask for us. By the time we had finally received the last two plates we ordered, everyone in our group had finished their plates, and some had even finished a second round of "all you can eat." The overall wait for the final plates to arrive was a staggering 65 minutes. Any beverage refills took about 10-15 minutes to be given. Unfortunately, I had been a long customer of the Applebee's food chain, but I no longer feel like returning to any due to this terrible experience.
Great food and fast service. Our server Luna went on and beyond to make our experience a great one. We’ll definitely be coming back.
Everyone is great every time income . I my family really enjoyed having Luna as our server.
We will definitely be back looking for her.
