Can’t say enough about the food quality, service(Ashley) and atmosphere! Food was seasoned to perfection, sizzling hot and Ashley met our every need! That bourbon chicken and shrimp is addictive????????. Only issue was my Long Island was really weak. But I’ll give them another chance to get it right. Will be back very soon!
I called in for a lunch special today to pick up and Daralyn was sooo sweet and professional! She handled my transaction when I picked up my food and she was the best then!! My food was also delicious! The best burger in town! And, the best price too!! Thank you all at this Applebee's! Keep up the good work!
Best classic cheeseburger that I had in a long time. Cooked to medium like I requested, hot, juicy, tender, and well seasoned. Perfect brioche bun. I used 3 napkins. So good. Glass of beer, home cut fries. I'm a happy camper on Friday night. Fast, friendly service. I was their a month ago and burger was just as good. The place was busy but had plenty of open tables. Easy to park also.
Wonderful food, as always! The pretzel was delicious! The wait time to be seated at the table was 45 minutes so we decided to stay at the bar, and it was very good. Ashley's service was very kind, friendly and polite.
Decided to go to Applebees for dinner with my two kids. When we went in, there was no one at the hostess station and a few people waiting. Finally a lady shows up to the hostess station and says that there are only 4 servers working and that she will start a wait list because there will be a 10-15 minute wait. I am standing there holding my two year-old waiting to give her my information and she completely ignores me. She goes past me and gets the information of people who walked in AFTER me. Then she leaves again as I’m trying to get her attention to give her my information. At this point, more people are walking in. She finally comes back saying that the wait will now be 20 minutes. I’m still standing there with my toddler in my arms and my seven year-old next to me trying to tell her she missed us and she continues to ignore me! At that point I was over it and we walked out and left. Even my seven year-old asked me why the lady kept ignoring us. I don’t think I’ve ever had such an unpleasant experience at a restaurant.
Came here on a Sunday, very busy. Wasn’t many people in the actual restaurant, but I guess they’re short on employees. Everything was good, no complaints. My boyfriend ordered the chicken & mashed potatoes, he loved it. it was hot, and he loved his little fruity drink lol. I had plain chicken tenders with bbq sauce, it was good. It filled me up, I was soooo stuffed lol. Their bbq sauce isnt good though, very mesquite like ? Despite that, I Would go back! Our waiter also was nice, I think his name was Jose.
My experience was amazing here today! Actually, the best ever at an Applebee's. The service, food and $1 cocktail was great as well! Ms. Diana was very pleasant and accommodating! Thanks!
Kimmie our hostess at Clearview Elmwood Applebees is always such a pleasure to see. She is so kind , friendly, and accommodating . I just hope her management sees that and treats her respectfully. Our waiter Jonathan left a lot to be desired as far as his customer service goes. Kimmie truly makes everyone that walks through your doors feel special. Thanks Kimmie! (I’m sorry if I misspelled her name/ I didn’t have my glasses with me ).
