Order the Riblets. Informed they were out of regular Ribs. Riblets practically inedible. Full of small bones, mostly flat. Spent my time picking out bones, spitting out bones. Taste was ok. Food order late. Arrived without fries and Coleslaw. Apparently, not ready? Fries and Coleslaw arrived later. About half the fries were cold. Muddle through my meal as a young baby at table next to me screeched the whole time. Had to find the server and request the bill. Bill has a QCR code for providing comments on visit. But CANNOT fill out survey until bill is paid. Paid bill, brought a new receipt with NO QCR code for submitting reviews. Paid cash, server provided most of the change back...but NO coins...Applebee's kept my coins. Informed server this was my 1st visit to any Applebee's...and will be my LAST visit. Food was bad, shorted me on change, Food arrived late, screaming babies to whole ordeal. Informed sever was going elsewhere to find something to eat as I was still hungry.
The bartender is amazing I placed an order to go over the phone and I was supposed to go into the bar to pick it up. Well I had recently hurt my knee so she had brought it out to me took my card rang me up and I was on my way. She even threw in a glass of ice tea. Yes I know they have curbside pick up people but I just thought it was sweet. So everyone tip the bartender, the hosts, and hostess very well because they work their butts off there and just for the record I do not personally know any of them nor do I work there but I do go there a couple of times a month.

Went to Applebee's on Thanksgiving for lunch in Canton, tx. I've never written a review on anything, good or bad, but this had to be worst meal I've had at a restaurant. The turkey had to be processed more than a hot dog weiner from a can. The gravy had to come from a package at the store. The stuffing without a doubt was packaged but edible, (hard to mess up stovetop) but was looking for better for a holiday meal. Good potatoes & beer was good. All N All, my stomach hurts like every past thanksgiving dinner, not from over eating but because it's percolating from awful food. All this for $70+ dollars.

My husband and I got a pick up order tonight. Food was well made, tasted wonderful, and service was great. Thank you for a good meal and enjoyable experience!
So bad. Took 15 minutes to have a waitress come take our drink order. Another 15 to get our drinks. About 30 to get our food. Pasta was cool and watery. Appetizer platter wasn’t hot, cheese sticks had no cheese in them (seriously they were hollow), it was a clump of stuck together chips that were all so stale. Quesadillas were just tortillas basically. The few people sitting around us all sent food back or was talking about the waitress being In slow motion. We ended up sending back all of our food and just paying for our drinks. We have NEVER done that, that’s how bad it was. The manager was a nice dude. But the hostess and waitress could care less. And apparently the kitchen lost all cares too.
Update: A year later ...
Do NOT, I repeat do NOT go to Applebee's in Canton, TX to have a nice relaxing evening with family (Unless you want to eat dinner at the bar). If you sit normally, they will keep you from ordering shots unless you do so in HOUR intervals, this is not true for the bar. If you sit at the bar (I spoke with 6 customers before leaving) they will continue to pour you shots until you are over served and at a cut off point (which apparently they are known for). So, basically, they have it all set up to look like they follow TABC rules when, in fact, they do not. This was the absolute last time we will ever spend money at this location. Fell free to ask me any other questions!!!
Had a small issue with my drink. Felt horrible sending it back but the manager was so nice. She let me know that it wasn't a problem. She made it for me. The right way! About 6 months ago I would have given less stars but going last night and getting the food we ordered correctly I am definitely giving them 5 stars!!!
