The orders were messed up twice and the drinks were wrong for 2 people. The fries were too salty and inedible for my Aunt. The wait time was not good. I ordered the hottest boneless wings and couldn't taste any heat. Rather disappointing. There was also an odor to the place that wasn't food.
2 for 25? Both of us had chicken, mine a platter, that was burnt. We said nothing because if you can't see the way to dark brown you won't believe us when we say it's burnt. The waiter was nice but not really smart. The appetizer, onion rings were great. I used to go here with my Mom. This was the second time since she died 3 yrs ago. She would have ate, paid, stood up, left and never came back. I'm saddened that this is where we are going with it. Btw vote go out to eat. Next time we vote we'll have sandwiches at home. Not many in Applebee's this last time. I wonder, if the meal isthe reason to go there... how long will it stay open?
My server Brooklyn did an amazing job keeping my friend and I satisfied. She even went above and beyond helping us out with charging a phone when it died. Little things like that makes all the difference and we shall return.
Service was outstanding. One minor issue was promptly addressed and rectified. Food came out promptly, was hot and tasty. Great value! Brooklyn is always pleasant and attentive!
I LOVED Brooklyn and Erin!!! They were so nice and helpful with all of my needs and wants. And they went above and beyond with my service!! The food was very good and the Shirley temples were even better!!
Let me start by saying they were not busy for a Saturday night and I know why....... Salad was rotten and brown. Salmon was tasteless and burned on one side. The green beans were mushy. The sirloin steak was about 2 oz not 6 oz so little about 2 bites and it was gone. The few shrimp on the steak was rubbery and small and not worth 4.99. Overall probably one of the worst meals we have ate in a very long time.
Burger partially cooked. My wife’s meal was only half there. Put on hold. Got hung up on. They called back, made me feel like my meal didn’t matter. What a waste of money. Won’t visit again.2 thumbs down. The mushrooms on the burger were done so it’s not a total failure.
