Ordered the ribs, they were dry and burnt. My kids ordered the burger and fries, the fries were old and soggy. The restaurant had only a few tables so there was no reason why we waited so long just to get drinks. Will never go back. The most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had at an Applebees.
Greeted and seated upon arrival. Our waiter was exceptional. I forgot her name. There was only 1 issue - we asked for no mushrooms on the sizzling chicken and shrimp meal but still candy with mushrooms on it. Easy fix but waste in time for us. The waiter was very apologetic towards us and corrected it right away.
Food was delicious- we had the sizzling chicken breast with grilled shrimp and garlic loaded mashed potatoes. Also, the holiday - blackened salmon, fried onion rings garlicky green beans,garlicky loaded mashed potatoes and fried shrimp.
Drinks- Raspberry sweet Tea and a Pink Lemonade
Dessert- Celebrated my birthday ???? with a FREE blonde brownie topped with ice cream.

Love, just love Applebee's! I have the double crunch shrimp, which was delicious, well seasoned, fresh, and hot. The service was amazing, and it was definitely fast and efficient. I definitely appreciate how kind they were. Bathrooms were very clean as well. Definitely enjoyed myself !
At first I thought this visit wasn't going to be that great. The table was sticky, the waitress was average but once they kindly moved us and our waitress had more free time( and overhead it was my daughter's birthday) she gave my daughters refills on specially drinks. The side helpings could have been larger on the entrees but the kid meal servings made up for it! Even though it was near closing time we never felt rushed! First time to post a review but I've ate there over a dozen times when I lived in Forney. Definitely will go back, this time pay more attention to the menu and order the 2 for $25!! Birthday girl loved her food and special popping candy drinks! I will return to sample/ review more dishes and edit or update as needed.
Absolutely a good restaurant to be at. Food was hot and ready. Our server was friendly and on top of things.
Food was over salted I got the Salmon. Overall it wasn't as good as in the past. Unfortunately this was a birthday celebration and was about 1/2 liked the dishes and other half meh. Probably won't be back for awhile. Feels like the quality has went down to me. And they got rid of my favorite dish after Covid. I didn't take pictures ???? of food that day but appearance was good. And service was good.
Love Applebee's! Last time I was there I ordered the Clubhouse Grille Sandwich(I think that's the name) and it was so delicious and filling. Our server was also great. The amount of different channels on the tvs around the walls threw me off a bit, but I was with family so it wasn't really a problem.
Well, considering these 2 amazing employees held it down during lunch with 8 tables and 6 customers at the bar.... I gotta give them props. And !! Amazingly, our food was delicious. Cheeseburger and chicken fajita wrap. Corporate Greed at its finest.
