Best WLM Reviews
Gross. My expectations were really, really low and somehow they managed to disappoint. We just needed a quick lunch and while I expected the sticky floors, sticky table, and slow service… I didn’t expect the broccoli served to my kiddo to be visibly rotten. Disgusting.
Super nice staff here at the Anchorage Applebees.
I love how quickly I can sit down and order and then get my food, it really is nice especially when you travel so much sometimes it’s just nice to sit and get right to eating.
Quick service, good food, recommend this Applebees
I feel like Applebee’s has a bit of a reputation, but family and I stopped here for a very very late dinner after our flight got in. It was pretty much the only thing opened so we didn’t have much of a choice. Our meal was great though and the service was really good! Our waitress was very friendly. We ordered the Asian chicken salad, sweet and spicy chicken sandwich, and of course chocolate lava cake. The portions were huge and we left with full bellies and a smile on our faces
My friends and I came here for my birthday dinner and our server, Kevin (I think that’s his name) was great. He did resembled Steve Aoki the famous DJ but I was too shy to tell him lol. The pasta that I ordered was so goood, I’m still thinking about it til this day and the margarita (the perfect margarita) was delicious. The staff even clapped and sang happy birthday to me which was super awesome. Loll. I don’t know his name but he was also another gentleman and lead most of the performance; he was really great. A+++
Food was good, as expected. Service was great. Sat at the bar and received outstanding service from Liz. She was extremely professional and personable. It is rare to receive service and attention as if it were a Monday morning on a Friday night, with a full bar. Hat’s off to the management for creating a culture where employees are motivated to deliver an outstanding customer service experience. Thanks Liz!
I didn't give the atmosphere a great rating because I was ordering Carside To Go. But Jenny is an exceptional worker there! She always comes out and brings my food promptly on time is always bubbly and happily with a great smile on her face she gives me a warm greeting and makes me feel very welcome there and makes me want to return! She's one of the friendliest people I've met on staff there, whatever you're paying her it's not enough! Jenny you rock girlfriend keep up the good work!
Kevin was our server and he was the best and made our experience unforgettable. If we ever return to AK, we will come back. Great food and better service than anywhere. Highly recommend, thank you Kevin ????
We waited 22 minutes for a server to come to our table, and she went to the couple that just sat down and went. My son told him we were first, and the lady just walked away. They were not even busy. This is sad because we just moved to AK. And we loved our local Apebees back in Kennewick. we used to eat there 2 or 3 times a week.
