Bryce took EXCELLENT care of me. I ate and was so content with my food. I ordered the chicken with no bones, nachos with cheese, avocado dip and endless Pepsi drinks. I'm a HAPPYYY camper and I'll be back again.
I ordered through Ubereats 6/22/24. The food quality was absolutely disgusting. I spoke with the manager on duty and he was unhelpful and kept saying he " never heard of the that" -- referring to the date of freshness being under the spinach dip container ( pictures attached) . Wings were burnt and were extremely greasy. For your own health avoid this location.

I frequent here with my daughters and we love the service we receive. I have a good time because I can eat and drink good! There is space for mid size parties and Bryon is always accommodating. Our girl Kree the bartender is stellar and it’s always a breath of fresh air to see her face when we walk in. Kree always remembers my exact order… even if I don’t come for weeks! Did I mention the drinks are fantastic! Bryon goes above and beyond and always with a smile on his face!!!
So I don't typically leave reviews, let alone negative ones but this Applebee's wow. Let me be clear this isn't against the food which I thought was good, or even most of the servers which I thought were fine, this is solely because of the bartender (didn't catch his name because I didn't want to know him after a point) who was inattentive, and not only messed up the orders of my coworkers, but of other people around the bar. He was the bartender on Monday from at least 7 pm, and it took at least 40 minutes for him to even get to us at the bar. From there it took another 20 minutes to get orders for our food (of which he had to confirm multiple times what we ordered) then it took another hour for the food to even get to us. Now normally I'd accept this and keep it pushing cause I just wouldn't come back, but after checking my bank statement I also see that they over charged me on my receipt by manipulating the tip number, so now I leave this 2 star review. Again, most of the people here are fine but if you have a white male bartender here I can imagine is on the later shift, don't come here
Terrible service!
At first, they asked us to wait 15 minutes. It's totally fine, despite we had children with us. However, after the waiting time, we came in and noticed that less than 30% of the tables were occupied (we also noticed waitresses on their phones doing nothing).
Then, the food took over 40 minutes to arrive. It would be ok if the place was busy, but it wasn't! Also, the portions were really small compared with other restaurants in the same range of price.
Everything could get even worse. The waitress totally messed up the bill. I don't know how it happened, but despite a had authorized a specific amount on my card, days later, it appeared on my statement that I was charged much more!
Stay away from this place! What was supposed to be a great time with family became a stressful experience!!!
Between our server and the kitchen staff what was supposed to be a convenient diner option while staying on site was all but that. It took us 10+ minutes to be seen by our server after being sat. 15 minutes later we got our drinks and placed our order. It then took us a very long time to get our food after ordering. After the long wait, part of the order was not correct. After the food was brought to the table we had to wait an additional 10 min for silverware ???? We were never offered refills. We asked for our check and again had to wait 20 minutes. Unbelievable
What an amazing experience! I had the nicest waitress ever her name was Kendall, she took our order right away and the food came out quick! I highly recommend this place:)
