This was my first time at this Applebees and I was surprisingly disappointed. While the food was more or less what I expected, the service wasn’t. For context my server was Alexis P. I ordered the endless shrimp knowing I was going to want another serving. However after getting my food and drink I was not checked up on until I was nearly done, so I didn’t have a chance to tell the server I needed another meal. They didn’t seem super busy either so I don’t why my server went and disappeared on me. I wouldn’t mind the wait, but someone other than my server came out and gave me six pieces of shrimp (partially pictured below) without another helping of fries. While I could deal with less shrimp the fact that they didn’t bring me any fries was disappointing. I didn’t want to put too much stress on the kitchen, so I didn’t bother to ask for more food after this. I reread the description of what I ordered and confirmed that it was endless shrimp AND fries so I don’t know why there was any miscommunication at all? Also I’m not sure why the other person (the manager perhaps?) came to check on me, as I don’t think I was being mean or intimidating. Maybe it was an off day.
Waitress (whose name I can't remember) was amazing she had is laughing and when a customer fell she was right their to assist the lady, she made sure our vet meal of double pasta with extra chicken was delicious
Family of 3 out for a late dinner. Server was sweet. Food was good. The wings were better than we expected! I’m a huge fan of the broccoli! Rounded out with a couple brownie bite sundaes hit the spot! We are regulars anyway, but not often in later hours.
I've come here a few times and I've always had great service but today was exceptional. I can't remember our server's name but she wore a black face mask. She made sure our drinks were to our liking and that we had our food in a timely manner. I have a lot of food allergies so I have to order food with a lot of modifications. Our server made sure that my food came out with those modifications and checked with me while I was eating to make sure that nothing was wrong. It's hard to go out to eat with food allergies, but our server went above and beyond to make sure I got delicious food that I was able to eat.
Had a wonderful time for my partner and i's anniversary last night. Our server (I didn't get her name but she wore a black face mask) was super nice, she made great food recommendations. The Cajun Salmon was delicious! Would recommend to friends and family
Our experience was great! Our waiter Joe was funny and friendly. We had a party of nine for my sons birthday, so we all went out for a night of fun, family, and food. That's what we got! We had a large group, but the restaurant welcomed us with open arms. Our meal was good and the atmosphere was terrific! Thank you for having us!
The host was beyond amazing! She was so sweet but beyond her this was THE worst Applebee's experience!
It was our granddaughters birthday, we sat at the family booth.
The kids were late so the grandparents sat at the bar. Our bartender was a delight!
We all sit at the table and wait! Had to go ask if we had a server! Finally get a server we order drinks first then took FOREVER for her to come back to take our food order.
After we got our food we NEVER saw her again!! I cleaned our table!
This was THE WORST service ever!
I don't know the servers name we only know her for wearing a face mask!
Sorry Applebee's but the Eagan location sucks. We will not be back
OH it was NOT busy at all! There was no excuse for terrible food and service
This place is really good and their food it Top notch no exceptions the Manager was really cool guy professional but they could work a little on the waiting staff!! Had my food but no napkins for a while had to call up someone to request napkins and i would recommend they check on their customers before food delivery and after to see if all is well and nothing more is needed!! But again food is great!!
