Best WLM Reviews
The service and dish I ordered, I must say, the worst experience I had dining out. For my young daughter as well. The first time that I had dined there with my children, the experience wasn't much different. I will not be back. Not to mention, I believe I was served a cup of marinara from a dirty, used plate. The cup didn't contain much marinara at all. It was cold and dried to the rim as you can see in the photo below. Also, I recommend a deep cleaning in the place sometime soon.
The best food (I love the shakes and wings)
Good service
Love everything here
What an amazing staff! The General Manager was so amazing to the customers as well as her staff. Our waitress was equally amazing! They were very busy but made sure everyone was well taken care of. Thank you for the fabulous time and food!
The best meal and service at Applebee's today in Rice Lake WI. Our server, Pam is friendly, attentive and efficient. Our food was hot and delicious. Food was brought to use by the manager, Sam. Everyone worked together the whole time we were there. Thank you so much for an exceptional experience.
Went with my daughters tonight and had a great experience. Food was awesome, our server was friendly and in a contagious way so that was awesome. Manager came and assisted with a question and had a great personality and thoroughly answered our questions. Was clean, the food was great and the service was quick and friendly. Definitely going here again :)
Went there tonight for supper, the staff were friendly. We didn't have to wait to be seated, our waitress Lillian was friendly. My drinks were good and when we got our food it was delicious. Good texture, good flavors, overall very yummy. The blonde floor manager was super cute.. had to put that in..
I don’t think I’ll come back to this restaurant. Waiter and manager took to long to get me my drink and I was here for 20 mins. I even saw people who came in 10 mins after me get their food before I did. I’m not coming back this was the bad service I’ve ever had at this establishment and I’ve never had a bad experience till now.
Went for happy hour and food and found the staff was short. It took a while to get drinks and orders placed, but once we did, it wasn't very long, and our server, Pam, brought things out as fast as she could. Honestly, she was about the only server for nearly an hour. We overheard the other young servers talking in their little group, that they weren't punched in yet and couldn't help. Perhaps there's a policy about clocking in early... it wouldn't be too surprising. Anyway, the food was great. I had the long island iced tea and was glad it wasn't too strong. My wife had the good (higher priced) Margherita and had nothing bad to say about it. We divided on appetizers and got the boneless wings (awesome), spinach and artichoke dip (awesome), chicken wonton tacos (very awesome), and the chicken quesidillas (awesome as well). Everything was great, but even with more server arriving or server was still busy at the end.
