The steak dinners that part of our group ordered were good. They no longer offer baked potatoes as a side. We ordered the appetizer sampler and had a burnt quesadilla that wasn't filled with much cheese at all and the one quarter of it that they cut had nothing in it at all. One guest ordered a wrap and was charged extra for waffle fries that were very few for the charge. Even more when you compare her wrap order to the chicken sandwich order. The wrap was not very full of ingredients and the guest left almost half an inch of empty wrap on her plate.
The waitress did keep our drinks refilled and was very good.
Came here on November 15 for the first time and order the blacken salmon with mash and broccoli, please tell me why I went to chew my salmon and felt somthing hard in my mouth spit it out and it was a damn screw in my food.
Traci was a fantastic server. We never had empty drinks and she checked back just often enough that we didn't feel like she was interrupting our meal but enough that we felt very well taken care of.
The manager, Chris (Breezy), did have to correct our check due to some overlapping specials that got all of us confused. Long story short, they have all their burgers on special on Tuesday (the day we were there) and just a couple for a meal deal special. I ordered the meal special but my husband and MIL ordered one of the burgers from the Tuesday special, and the computer entered it all wrong. It took a hot minute to figure out and Chris was so awesome about it. He said he was glad I pointed it out to him so they knew they were going to have to fix that issue for the rest of the day. He took off a little more than we would have saved with the specials, and was just super nice about everything.
We definitely will be stopping in again !
The food was prepared perfectly at the Applebee's in Chippewa (Western PA). We had baby back ribs with honey BBQ sauce. The 2 sides consisted of cool coleslaw and perfectly fried onion rings. We also had a very nicely prepared southwestern grilled chicken salad that was delicious and refreshing on a very hot day. Our manager, Chris Brown and Jo, our server were very attentive and friendly. We will definitely return!
I was TRYING to order online after DoorDash said they’re closed- it was early? I placed my order online and it was cancelled. By the third time I gave up assuming it’s being canceled for the night and only one of their charges was refunded so I called and spoke to the manager who claimed he couldn’t locate the charge. Here- let me help you do your job.
He was rude and incompetent like most people in these parts- the food the next day was disgusting. There’s no quality anymore. And the service is a joke.
When I picked up food the following day, earlier in the day- I paid using cash, assuming they’d get this fixed.
The manager was incompetent so here’s your proof, Applebees. Please refund my $ and verify the canceled orders.
If you are a fan of bad food and worse service, then this place is for you. Unfortunately, however, this was not what I had in mind when I came here.
The waitress clearly disdained her job and did not shy away from making it obvious. She was not nice to any of us at all and she seldom would stop by and ask if we wanted another plate or not.
The “All-you-can-eat” is in name only. There is a limit of plates. Not that you would want multiple plates of food there. Some of the boneless wings were hard and rubbery. It was like eating an eraser.
With that said, this place is only good for back to school supplies it seems. Good luck if you come here, you’ll need it.
Wonderful food and staff! They are very kind and have wonderful personalities. Their managers are all very delightful. As well as the new GM, who I met on a recent visit for lunch. I highly recommend this Applebees!
Went for our 2 free meals for Veteran's day. Don't know his name, but our waiter was very personable and anticipated our needs. Very good experience and great shrimp, fries and cole slaw!! Took a good bit home for another meal. Great service - great food! Thank you!!
