To start the hostess was not very friendly, kind of judgy. So that was a bad intro. The server was friendly enough. Nothing above and beyond but peaceful and decent. The food came and the celery had never been washed on our wing plate. One piece had mold and the other piece had globs of dirt. Then the meal of chicken alfredo came with a side of broccoli and the broccoli ends had mold on them. So the moral of the story is to only order processed, cooked food and don't opt for any of the fresh vegetables. It was a very big disappointment for what we have experienced in the past at Applebee's.
Giving this place another try. The happy hour prices are pretty good and the appetizers as well. Our waitress was great and super fun to talk to.

My wife and I went for lunch. Food was good. Service was really good.
I will include photos. Big problem, was it was exceptionally cold in there. We both had to put our jackets on.

Just had a really good meal with great service. I had the Grilled Chicken with Grilled Shrimp with Garlic Mashed Potatoes. My wife had the Chrispy Chicken, Bacon Ranch.

I went to Applebee's on Veterans day... They were crazy busy, and the wait staff were running to keep up. My friend and I were amazed that in spite of the hectic atmosphere they, the wait staff, were engaging and attentive to the customers. I believe Mckenzie was our server was wonderfully congenial while being speedy and efficient. Hats off to the chain for their treatment of Veterans and the staff for staying courteous and friendly in a hectic atmosphere.
Went for late lunch. Restaurant was Super clean. Staff was really nice. Not too crowded. Food came out super hot. Caesar salad was fresh. It was really good. No wilted or old lettuce. I got a burger and husband got steak. We really enjoyed our lunch.
This is hands down the worst Applebees I have ever been to. Do not go to this Applebees and DO NOT get the fish and chips. It was so soggy that I could push a soggy, non crispy fry through it like a spear. Thankfully they didn’t charge me for it. The service was hands down 5 stars though. Other than that the food was terrible and it was definitely out dated. They need to get a new cook, that’s for sure.
So it was a bad night at Applebees. First off we got no water despite asking for it twice. Our drinks stayed empty wat too long and as you will see in the photos the double burger looked more like a slider. It's a shame Applebees, please do better.
We had terrible, uncaring service, sans the bartender, who made perfect drinks, and the cooks made perfectly cooked, steak, shrimp, and chicken. I also loved the steamed broccoli..not so much the mashed potatoes(looked and tasted like they came from a tube). I think we just got a new hire who was overwhelmed..but thats giving her the benefit of the doubt. I had to track down someone to even pay the bill..she never asked us how the food was, and ran away before we could ask anything.
