Absolutely phenomenal. I tried Ruby Tuesday for the first time a few days ago and it was trash so a friend and I wanted to compare it to Applebee's. I got the bourbon chicken and shrimp and it was some of the best chicken I've had in a long time; the shrimp was delicate and the mashed potatoes were fantastic. The app mozzarella sticks were cooked perfectly (8/9.40$) and had a great marinara sauce and my friend got the Mushroom and Swiss which he said said was fantastic as well.
Our waitress was great as well and kept all drinks topped up and gave great opinions on the food! Thanks A.B.!
This is Review is for Date: 09/27/24 Time: 5:20 PM. I’m sorry I’m late. I Just found my receipt. But I would like to give a warm Thank you to my waitress by the name of ASHTON V. She made sure she checked on us every minute that she can get. She made sure our food was to our liking. The food was amazing!! I ask her would it be ok for me to speak of her in a review, she said sure. She was the sweetest person that I have ever met at an Applebees location, because I have been to so many that have poor service. The whole staff here was very welcoming to us. My bowl was wrapped in plastic and it was Spicer than the lady told me. I asked if I could switch out the Chipotle chicken and she was like confused if I could. My spinach dip taste water down and was kind of lumpy. I know it was a late order but they could have explained that they were not taking anymore orders. The restaurant was kind of dirty. I saw trash and paper napkins on the floor, in the pick up area. I will not be going back to eat at the Applebee's in Lexington SC on Columbia Ave. The bartender was nice and the girl who took my money was nice. But my experience was not.
Ordered a bourbon burger, Oriental salad & Southwest chx salad. Great service. Fresh & hot food. Was greeted politely. Food was ready when they said to pick up.
Our server Madelyn was amazing; very friendly and prompt. The drinks we got from the bar were great as well. Our food was a bit disappointing, though. Our chips were stale for our appetizer. I ordered the "4 cheese" Mac and cheese with the chicken tenders. The noodles looked like they had no cheese on them, especially not 4 different kinds of cheese. The chicken was pretty good, though. My spouse ordered garlic parmesan boneless wings. They gave him some dry looking mini nuggets with a little parmesan on top. Wish the kitchen was up to par with the front house staff.
Clean and sanitized restaurant throughout. Social distancing is being used throughout the restaurant. Staff is friendly and helpful and efficient. Food was good and cooked properly. Order came out quickly. Waitress was fantastic. Bathroom was clean and had sanitizer and paper towels available.
Reasonably priced food had the chicken tenders to start with mac and cheese main it was well cooked not the best ever but did the job
We havent been to an Applebee's in at least 15 years but we decided to give it a shot.
The service was great, the drinks were good, the food was decent , and it was clean. The manager was really nice as well. Good job, Applebee's on Augusta road.
