Was served by a very nice lady asked her for the bill she then brought it over and went away. A while later a male worker came over to collect the money, it seemed he was hinting for a tip saying should I bring the change back, obviously I said yes. He brings the change back again hinting for a tip but I took all the money. The lady waitress fully deserved a tip thay I would of gave. I do not see how he deserved a tip only to appear when money came out. LOL
Went on 4th of July, they were seating near the bar and it seemed like there is only one server at the bar and surrounding area with a hostess and a manager. Service was excellent, Desiree was super smily and warm taking the order. Food was on point, delicious and fresh.
Our meal and our experience here at Applebee's was awesome all the way around. Georgie, the bartender/waiter was extremely pleasant and took really good care of us! He was always quick to fill up our drinks and the endless boneless wings and riblets. He was super friendly and very compassionate. I recommend everyone passing thru the area here to come and say hello to Georgie and get some wonderful eats!! ????
My recent visit to Applebee's was okay, but there's definitely room for improvement. The service was slow and not very attentive, which impacted the overall dining experience. Additionally, the quality of the food was below my expectations. With some improvements in service and food quality, this place could be much better.
We ate here while staying at Holiday in. We received the WORST service I have received at any restaurant in my life. We waited forever to be greeted. Forever for drinks. Forever for the food. Forever for the bill. The food was not even good at at. My son's "pizza" was literally a tortilla with cheese on it. The side of fruit for kids, was 2 slices of an orange. The adult meals were bland. The waiter never came back after he brought the food to check on anything, bring refills, or to bring the sweet treat for the kids meals. We did end up coming back two mornings later for their breakfast buffet and it was actually pretty good. The food was better and our waitress was way better as well. I would not want to eat here again though.
Stopped in early evening while staying in the area. As they were empty, I asked if they had something small on the menu as we had a large lunch and was directed to a $10 burger meal, which suited us as we were not very hungry and were heading back to our hotel for an early night.
Although a bit greasy, the burger wasn’t bad. However, a completely non-interested server made our decision not to return for the remainder of our stay. Not asking if everything was ok, not asking if we wanted another drink, asking if we were ready for the bill while midway though the meal and then leaving it on the table before I could respond!
We were staying close to the restaurant for the next 21 days and would have visited more I am sure but the service was awful.
Dale was our hostess for the night and his service and attention to detail was superb! I haven't been to an Apple Bee's since 2011, and I was telling my husband for the longest on how good their food and service is.. I can tell you that my husband was not disappointed! Food and service is excellent!! Would recommend anything from their menu! The Price is right!! In love with the atmosphere! Their decor for the season is very welcoming!! A must go! Thank you for making my experience an unforgettable one. Would definitely visit again!!
Took a few minutes to get a seat. Then was served by the bartender. He was super cool and friendly. Got the orders done well and was very attentive, wish I could have remembered his name but we had just drove nonstop from Dallas and was exhausted. The food was good and came out quickly, the portions seemed a bit smaller from the food ones we are used to in Dallas but the beer was huge and amazing after a long day.
