We stopped here for lunch. Parking lot was almost empty which usually scares me off from restaurants. However, the chicken strips and fries my daughter ordered and the grilled chicken (Fiesta Lime, I think was the name) salad I had were both out of this world delicious. Best salad I’ve had in a really long time. It had rice in it, fresh salsa, beans, guacamole, and fried onion strips. It was extremely good and was a hefty sized serving.
First of all, our server Shauna was FANTASTIC!!! Y’all need to give her a raise because you don’t find servers like her anymore!! My husband, our 2 teenage boys and I went in to eat on Saturday around 8pm. I had the chicken wonton tacos, my husband had the fiesta lime chicken, my boys had a whiskey burger and the new chicken sandwich…. We got all of our food in a timely manner and it was all delicious!! Shauna stayed on top of our drinks and no one ran out and we didn’t want for nothing! We would recommend this location and definitely ask for Shauna ????????????
Where do I start? THE FOOD TERRIBLE, SERVICE EVEN WORSE. We visited Applebee's in Murray with high expectations. Our waitress informed us it was her second day, so we were understanding of any mistakes. However, we waited nearly two hours for our food, which arrived cold and dry. Despite our efforts to enjoy the meal, it lacked flavor.
When it came time to pay, our waitress took our cards but was unable to process the payment for about an hour in a half. She explained she didn’t have access to charge customers yet, and even with management's involvement, we waited an additional hour and a half. Throughout this time, our waitress was attending to other tables and processing their payments.
We tried to remain patient and polite, and when we asked how much longer it would take, one employee was being a smart aleck about the situation. So, we asked another employee for management, which took forever to come.
Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the long wait times, poor food quality, and unhelpful staff!!!
Very disappointed with the horrible service. Took my family there to have a nice dinner and took 15 minutes just to get four drinks and it was the hostess that brought them Then we waited another 15 minutes which at this point no server still approach. I can sympathize when a business is busy or lack of staff, but this type of time wait I think is unreasonable, especially since we had no server ever come to the table until it was time to pay for our drinks. If you tend to come to this Applebee’s be prepare to wait for a while.
Worse dining experience in Murray. Worse Applebee experience ever! Waited for the food over an hour....so long, we contemplated on leaving. Tried to be understanding. Maybe they only had 1 cook....or half a cook????? When the food did arrive, some of our food were cold. Had to send a whole rack of ribs back because it was undercooked. Didn't want a replacement because we didn't want to wait longer....had a 2 patty burger too, and one of the patties looked like a sad shrunken half patty! I think the waitress was embarrassed(?)-she never gave us refills...mug smelled and tasted like it had sweated anyway, and they did not have regular sugar packets! Also witnessed a waiter knocked down some straws to the well trafficked floor....another behind her, picked the bunch up, and put it back in the cup holder. ????
We do not recommend this place. Wished we had read the reviews before we came there...looks like they had the same problems months ago and it has not improved...a response apology don't cut it, guys, if nothing changes! Management needs to step up, retrain....or shut it down!
You guys wanna eat somewhere good and worthe your money?- go elsewhere.
WOULD NOT COME AGAIN EVEN IF IT WAS MY LAST MEAL!!
I recently had a very disappointing experience at Applebee's. After driving 2 hours to get there, I was met with terrible hospitality. I ordered a steak, and it looked like it had been sitting out for a while. The food took a long time to arrive, and even longer for my card to process. Overall, it was the worst food I've ever had. As a business expert, this place should be shut down. Definitely not worth the trip.
It's ok. Excellent service but the food is mediocre. They were out of all flavors of the cheeto cheese bites and for some reason could not make frozen drinks. We had the blackened salmon, which is not blackened only grilled, the Pepper chicken mac and cheese and chicken alfredo. The food wasn't bad but also not good enough to recommend. Our waitress was awesome and made our experience nice.
Food is OK. But the all you can eat ribs are pretty good for 16bucks
