Excellent experience. My server, Cedric, was on point and provided menu advice and was attentive to our needs. I do not like sirloin steaks BUT this one was prepared to perfection and wonderfully seasoned. My broccoli was steamed precisely. It was not mushy nor too hard but was perfect.
It was not too crowdy and the food delivery was timely.
I strongly recommend the weekend lunch/ supper time.
We go to Applebee's every so often the food and service is always good! However the Bathrooms are ALWAYS disgusting. in my 5 years of going to this Applebee's I have never once gone into those bathrooms and not been grossed out by how dirty they are. I dread using the bathroom when I go to eat there.
0/10 rating. The food, service and atmosphere were poor. I should have turned around at the door. This place is in need of new management and better workers. From the service at the door to be seated, to the wait staff and the cooks in the kitchen I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog. Nasty floor, my table was brought out dirty silverware. The waiter didn’t have a care in the world about the drinks being empty. The seasonings of the foods were very off. The pasta was very sweet, the fries and meat had TOO much salt and the mashed potatoes didn’t have ANY. Everyone at my table was disappointed in the meal they had. Just save yourself the time and money and take the trip to the grocery store and eat at home. A penny would be too much to tip with the experience I had. Definitely a location to avoid!
Great idea but badly executed!
Applebee's was offering free meals to Veterans. My Veteran brother stood in line for 25 minutes the place was full, only to be told he had to eat in which you didn't know until you got in (not sign).
If you want to honor a Vets what different does it make if they eat in or take out, especially if the place was full. The only reason I can think of was to make extra money for drinks or tips. My brother left the guy behind him left and probably some more unless the Veteran was dinning with their family.
Should be better planned if there is a next time.
I can't say whether the food was good or not because he didn't eat, he went over to Bojangles.
No matter how busy or slow this location is, they take forever to come to Hostess stand to seat you! Don't ask if you prefer table booth, in bar area or not, & this Applebee's always has the A/C cranked & sat me right under a vent. Put lemon in drink without asking preference first. Food was not prepared correctly. Only brought drink refill after it was asked for. Had to flag server down to get bill & then asked if change was necessary, the audacity to think they were entitled to a 38% tip is nothing short of insanity!!
The food was served in a timely manner. It was hot and tasted fresh.
Our server was very attentive and did a wonderful job even though she was very busy.
Would definitely go again.
The food was great with awesome portions But when I tell you our waitress Aniya was Terrible she was absolutely horrible. I truly hated her waiting on us. I asked was the coffee fresh before I ordered it and she said yes but brought me old coffee then went and brewed fresh coffee after I complained. Not once did she refill our drinks but stayed at the table(booth) in of me(I was facing that direction). She continously walked by us (booth 23) a countless number of times. If this waitress represents the training Applebees' is giving to its servers I feel sorry for them. Thank goodness the hostess came to our rescue. Yes a very bad experience
I am a regular that attends this establishment at least once a week. My server majority of the time is Kenny and as a server he is amazing! Like all across the board amazing! He is very quick on getting drinks and food to the table, is on top of the refills, and he has always made sure my food is correct. The food itself is always tasty, the sweet tea endless and always sweetened to perfection. The rest of the staff and management always have smiles and friendly. For the atmosphere as a whole it’s relaxing and comfortable. Everytime I go to eat here I am always left full and smiles.
