I've had great experiences here many times but today was not close. Not sure what was going on but the lack of details and food was a huge wait. We ordered pretzel sticks and the first order was hard. The chicken sandwich wasn't as big as other locations I had but still tasty. I just wish the food was handled better. Lastly the app did not allow a picture to upload for the Superbowl. It only allows 100k. You can't take photo of the whole receipt then .
I wanted to take time to say how great our experience was! around 8pm on a Thursday night my husband, daughter, and 1 went in we were seated by a nice gentleman he cleaned us off a table and high chair and asked our drinks. we both ordered water and i was looking at the alcohol beverages when he came back i asked him what his favorite drink was and he gave great recommendations i tried the boo lagoon and it was so good. food came out perfect, restaurant was clean, staff was friendly, overall it was the best restaurant experience ive had in a while. David was our server and 10/10 recommend!!!
I ordered Caesar salad with blackened shrimp. There was sooooo much dressing on the salad...not good at all. All I could taste was the dressing, shrimp was even covered in it. From now on I will ask for dressing on the side. I eat there occasionally and the food is usually very good but have noticed recently food not warm enough or overcooked or undercooked.
Nice clean restaurant. Service was slow but friendly. The food was good . Our steaks was just how we ordered them and very tasty.
Very clean inside and out. Didn’t seem to be too short staffed at this time. Friendly and attentive server.
Prime Rib Dipper was a wonderful sandwich piled high with hot beef covered with melted (Swiss) cheese, and sautéed onions. I throughly enjoyed this sandwich. **It does come with America cheese but i preferred Swiss.
The dipping sauce was very bland, watery, tasteless onion sauce, they need to work on but the sandwich was very good and worth the price. I does come with fries.
Not a good experience. Male waiter rude, hot wings looked and tasted like chicken nuggets in sauce, fries looked like the leftovers that they scraped out of the bottom of the bag, bathrooms were filthy. Tea was good, jalapenos we're hot, and Tanasha was a good waitress. We won't go back.
It's pretty sad when the place isn't busy, yet we are sat at a table that is dirty and there is food all under the table. My hand got stuck to the table. Then, our server put our drink orders in, just a beer and a margarita, and the bartender was no where to be seen. Took 9 minutes to get them and the margarita was wrong. We ordered just the appetizer mix, for stale chips, and watered down artichoke dip. Our server Gabrielle was the only server who was sitting down at the table beside us eating. She was fantastic. My husband wouldn't let me say anything while we were there because it looked like the manager was right there at that table with the servers. Never again will I waste money going to. This Applebee's. Beyond disappointing
I've been to this location multiple times and the food and service is usually mediocre at best. But this last experience was great! The food was good, it wasn't too crowded and the server was awesome. I wasn't planning on doing a review but I had to let them know they're doing something right.
