Best WLM Reviews
Journey was our waitress and she was wonderful! Kind and attentive. Very pleasant! We spilled a soda at one point and Taylor, at the hosting station, brought us extra napkins super quickly! Everyone provided excellent service! The bathroom was clean and smelled fresh. The food was great!
Our family party of 14 had a great experience here. Everyone ordered something different, and were all happy with their choices. Our waitress Crystal handled all requests like a pro. Extra points for the restaurant's cleanliness, always the sign of a well-run operation. Thanks for making our lunch a success!
First and foremost, our server Chris was outstanding and out of this world. In town for work, not many places were open after 8 pm. We went to Applebee’s for dinner multiple times and the service was fast, friendly, and welcoming. Our drinks were always full and Chris was very attentive. Food was hot, good, and delivered in a timely manner. The restaurant was clean and the entire staff was friendly. Chris made our experience top notch and led us to want to come back again and again. Great job!
I can not rave enough about Marina the bartender! SHE IS AMAZING❤️ My Husband, I have stayed here twice in the Hampton Inn in the last two weeks (We are renting our house in Rockland) and we have come here for dinner and drinks. She is amazing. Smart funny great customer service great memory and total delight! Food was good. We enjoyed a lot of desserts. (my husband has a sweet tooth) but Marina was the real reason for coming back!
Our server Chris is fantastic. He is always very cheerful and has a smile on his face. He is a great server and constantly has a positive attitude. He doesn’t mind using his humor with us and will get us whatever we need even when we ask for the 10th time. Overall a great server
Great drinks, great service and Jesi took amazing care of us. My family and I came in during a pretty busy day for my special needs sisters birthday, so we naturally wanted to make it special for her. Well, fortunately we got Jesi and she doted on my sister and absolutely made her day. We'll be back!
Got a cranberry juice and vodka cocktail and they charge separately for the each part! No bar I have been to has ever done that, and to top it off the drink was so weak I might as well have just been drinking cranberry juice. Couldn’t even taste a smidge of vodka in it. Complete rip off, and I don’t say that lightly.
Marina is THE BEST! Enjoyed our vacay especially because we met her. LOVED our night at Hampton Inn and only because of dinner at Applebees with Marina as our server. Kind sweet and fixed my iPhone! FIVE STARS MARINA! Such a great experience!
