❤️Steak tasted like it came off the grill!!! Thanks to chef Ron who made this fabulous meal!! So good! Mmmm! Had great service from our waitress, Maha!! The hostess, Grace, was so nice and fun to chat with while we waited for a table to be ready! Take a good look at all of this awesome food! Sorry! I couldn’t wait to eat it! Also bathroom was immaculate!
I found a piece of metal in my food almost 2 inches long. I will be calling to report this incident. I have ordered from this location a few times and am in shock over this
Food was great but took a while to get out I'm thinking the staff was a little short that night. Came here for my wife's birthday it was appreciative of the birthday dessert that she got and that included one for me as well, however, waiting nearly 40 minutes for two dishes and some soup to come out when the alcohol came out first, followed by appetizer 5 minutes later was kind of awkward. Overall not a bad time but I feel like this place needs some more staffing.
Placed a to go order, arrived 10 mins after it was scheduled to be completed (it said it was completed on the website). Walked up to car side, no greeting.. the girl just acted like I wasn’t there. A minute or two later she asked who I was picking up for, when I said my name she looked completely lost. Walked to the back.. came back.. no eye contact, said absolutely nothing to me. After another minute or two I asked if my order was ready she just shook her head no. I said do you know when it will be? It says it’s complete, she said I don’t know. Then she said I think they’re bagging it now.
Wait, are they bagging it and it’s almost ready or you don’t know? Anyway food came about 5 mins later. The pasta was crazy dry, I even ordered a side of Alfredo sauce which couldn’t do anything to salvage it. Ended up throwing both orders away. The donuts were super soggy and the plastic lids are melting as shown in picture so we couldn’t eat the chocolate or Carmel dip. All in all a bad experience and definitely wouldn’t return to or recommend this location.
Rickey was our waiter and HE IS THE BEST!!! we are a large family and he made us comfortable and our entire order was correct! Very clean establishment and very family friendly. The bathrooms were also very clean! They earned all 5 STARS ????
9/23/24 5:30pm. We were the only customers at that time in the restaurant. We were seated and in 15 minutes not one single waitress had come to our table to even greet us or ask for a drink. All waitresses were around each other and laughing about their days etc. One of the waitresses was on the phone. When I looked over and like we were ready to leave. One of the waitresses came over and said our waitress was on the phone. So, she took our order. We sat there for another half hour before our wings only came out. Our waitress finally came over and said she was going to be our waitress, but she really never came back over again. My drink ran completely dry and not once did she come over and ask if we needed anything. I guess she thought that since she screwed up in the beginning that she wasn't going to get a tip. She obviously doesn't know me very well. She could have easily redeemed herself but never cared too. We go to this Applebee's all the time and the service gets worse everytime we go and the minimum I tip for me and my girlfriend is $10. My girlfriend has now said this is the last time she wants to go there. I hate to say it but Applebee's you have lost our business because of the service at this place. There must not be any management or it's piss poor management to let the service get this bad.

Probably one of my best experiences at Applebee's. The steak was cooked perfectly and the waitress was extremely nice and well informed. My husband was just about done with his meal before I had even started on my steak. My husband and I decided to come here for our 10th wedding anniversary
Terrible experience!!!!! I am on level 10 right now! We spoke to the manager after having several problems with our food. The manager heard what I said and WALKED AWAY! He didn’t apologize or anything!! Our drinks were hot temperature wise, food took an HOUR and food was burnt, missing products in food, etc. WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK AGAIN
